Relaxing Home Away From Home

This relaxing apartment is a home away from home. It is great for friends, families and couples to take a break from reality. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located in a gated community that is 10-20 minutes from Playa de Luquillo (Luquillo Beach) and Playa de Picas (Picas Beach). Our second home is about 15 minutes from the National Rainforest of El Yunque and about 40 minutes from San Juan. Explore history, nature, swimming, horseback riding and authentic cuisine.
The space
Our relaxing apartment is great for those interested in enjoying the sun, exploring the activities in the area and engaging in rich cultural experiences throughout the island. The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is on the ground floor. It has air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms and living/dining room. 2 parking spots are available for this unit and located near the entrance.

We are excited to share our second home with you. This home has allowed us opportunities to relax and recharge with our families and friends. It is located in a quiet community in Rio Grande close to main hotels, attractions like El Yunque National RainForest and restaurants that serve authentic cuisine. You have the luxury of taking a short ride to several beaches and/or taking a brief walk (or car ride) to the pool within the community. There is a small playground within the community to enjoy with your young ones. Embrace the tranquility of sitting on the balcony feeling the morning breeze of the Caribbean.

Throughout the day and evenings, you are able to feel safe and secure knowing that 24 hour security is present.

The TVs in the Master Bedroom and Living room are ROKU. This allows you to access different applications for entertainment or to stream live TV. The Master Bedroom holds a King size bed, the second bedroom holds a queen size bed and the third bedroom holds two twin size beds. All bedrooms have A/C and clothing storage. The entire apartment has WIFI access. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The master bedroom has USB ports for easy charing if necessary. This apartment has assigned parking to accommodate two vehicles.

We are located close to San Juan, which allows you to combine explorations between the old city, and nightlife with the crystal clear waters of the beach and rivers around you.

You will have full access to the apartment with the exception of the master bedroom closet.

Accessibility
This apartment is on the 1st floor/main level/ground level. There are no steps in the unit, with the exception of the tubs in both bathrooms.
