Enjoy the Caribbean in a central location. The apartment is cozy and is located in an emblematic area in the heart of Santurce. This place is one of the most popular areas of San Juan, near it you can find and enjoy a unique gastronomy in many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is less than 15 minutes' walk from the beach. It is also a 5-minute walk from pharmacies and fast-food restaurants.

Santurce is known for its vibrant art scene (murals and museums), night life, authentic Puerto Rican food, and urban vibe

Start with breakfast or brunch on Calle Loiza, then take your time exploring the murals and shops.

Next head to the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico. Don't forget to visit the gorgeous sculpture botanical garden before leaving.

Join the crowds at La Placita for drinks and dancing in the streets, then finish the night with a cocktail at nearby La PenĂșltima.

The property has two rooms, each room has a queen bed and a 43" smart TV with Internet access. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Santurce is very walkable (especially along Calle Loiza), although it's spread out. You may need to stop for a few cool drinks or cocktails along the way. At night, I'd recommend taking an Uber if you'll be walking more than a few blocks. And parking can be really tight in Santurce, so leave your car behind or park it in a garage.

Distance to the Airport is 8-10 minutes. You can also walk 15 to Ocean Park Beach.

If you cant find parking on the street, drive two buildings forward and find the Salo building. There is parking on the side of the building or in the back.

Cute place. Clean. Good location. Not far from airport. We came in off a cruise and needed a little down time before our flight out the next day, which served it's purpose for us nicely. Found a couple of very good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Honestly was a pretty good stay for 4 days, rooms were very spacious, AC worked perfectly fine, wonderful living room area with a big mirror. The location was very close to a Walgreens which was very convenient and 5 minutes past that was the beach. Very centralized around alot of food spots and the neighborhood itself is very easy to get in and out of. My only knock would’ve been cold water in the shower, I feel like I just didnt know how to operate it personally and I love hot showers anyways so I never asked about it. So overall still an amazing stay.

Amazing Stay | Right by the nightlife

It was a great stay. You could go to dinner and have a drink or two and you're only a couple of blocks from everything, which made it nice. Because it was silent at night. TVs amazing, AC amazing, Shower amazing, wifi amazing. Could have stayed longer! And the owner was beyond nice and went out of their way to be super helpful! Booking this place everytime!

This property has potential

The check-in process is easy. The parking was outside the location on the road. The area seemed sketchy for a FAMILY. We saw a group of guys smoking pot by the stop sign (not the landlords fault). The property itself was not EXACTLY as described. Upon walking in the room temp was 94! The livingroom did have glass windows, but the 2 bedrooms only had metal shutters, which did not help keep the room cold (no glass between the shutter and windows). I did call the landlord to ask about the heat, she said to open the windows for now and it would cool at night. We had been there 2 hours with the a/c running and it only went down 2 degrees. 2 mini split units for the 2 bedroom and nothing in the living-room space. We decided that our kids and ourselves could not sleep here comfortably. We called VRBO, took pictures and left the property. The place was clean and neat. It has great potential if they would put glass in the rooms and a fan in the livingroom.

Great Location for the beach

I was hesitant at first about the location. Then I realized it was only a 10 minute walk from the Ocean Park Beach. Ocean Park Beach is really nice, medium amount of people, lively but not too much. It was close by to a Walgreens, and around a 10 min walk to the large grocery store. The host, Ingrid, was very communicative and responsive. She gave me her phone number so I could contact her for any questions. She also let us check in early since the apartment had been cleaned quickly since the last guests checked out. It was a $4 Uber to La Placita in the evening which was extremely convenient. Around $10 Uber to Condado, sometimes cheaper. It was really easy to get around. Neighbors were friendly. We were two 20 year old girls staying in the apartment so safety was a big priority and we both felt safe. The only inconvenience was that I didn’t look at the kitchen photos closely enough so didn’t realize there was no stove top. There was a portable single stove top to use but it wasn’t working properly. Aside from that, I felt the place looked even better in person than the photos which is always great.
