Sandy Cove blickt auf den wunderschön angelegten Poolbereich mit 5 Pools, die alle nach verschiedenen Themen gestaltet sind. DarĂŒber hinaus ist direkter Zugang zum Strand, ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Check in process was easy. Communication with host company was perfect. Description of the property on point. We felt safe and secure while in the property. The only thing was the description of the beds. It has one queen and a full size for the second bedroom it was listed as 2 Queen beds, either way we enjoyed our two weeks while being there.

This was a great place to rest and relax after taking morning day trips to various sites like Old San Juan and El Yunque area. Ocean beach on the North East sides were breezy most days and ocean swimming was at a minimum.

We really enjoyed our week long stay! It was a little scary arriving in the dark, narrow roads and off the beaten path. But in the light of day we could appreciate Loiza more. Convenient to beaches, great food, San Juan and highways to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a family.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay at Aquatika! We had a hard time finding the property and felt the surrounding area to be a bit rough and enjoyed the security with the gated property. The property itself was clean but could use some updating. A couple of the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The a/c units are very loud. We enjoyed having washer/dryer. The supplies basic condiments & laundry soap were appreciated. We loved all of the pools, especially the heated pool, the hot tubs and all of the outdoor spaces in general. We would likely stay again.

Needs better furniture and cleaned better

The area was a great location, the resort was great, esp for my kids. I would stay with the resort again, but I will not stay in this condo again. The furniture is so old and worn out it's ridiculous. The couch cushions don't even hold their shape anymore! The first day my son spilled some water on the floor. When I wiped it up, the towel was dark brown. That floor was so filthy for it "just being cleaned". The dryer was gross and made our towels smell AWFUL.

Great for the price

This location was great for the price. There were some things lacking (no restaurant on site, limited lounge chairs at the pools, beds were not very comfortable, etc.) but you can't have all the amenities and a low price at the same time. The unit was dated but still clean and I loved that there were spices for cooking so that we didn't have to buy those! The beach was lovely and not too crowded. The patio areas around the pools were terrible and hurt to walk on barefoot but the pools themselves were a nice temp and were clean. The surrounding neighborhood was great and we never felt unsafe on or off the property. I do highly recommend a rental car if staying at this location as it would be difficult to explore the island or even the local area without one.

As mentioned to Managing Agent of Marco Polo group, I found Aquatica itself to be a very nice family resort. However the apartment was not good. Two TVs in unit did not work properly even after someone was sent to check it out. The ac in large bedroom with the bunk beds was not working properly. While I would lease at Aquatica, I would never recommend the apartment to anyone

Disappointed the minute we walked in.

we had high hope for this apartment only to be disappointed . this property was very poorly maintained. there was no clubs for the mini golf course. I asked the property manager to help and she did nothing.. the AC unit leaked large puddles of water. the bathroom reeked of pee no matter how much we cleaned it. And the bed.... they were god Awful!!! they were so old and stiff. its a shame because the property around the apartment was nice. but i would never rent from this owner again. 1 star.

Del apto. Nada negativo excelente!!! Pero del complejo deberĂ­an de cerrar piscina al menos 8pm ya que a las 6 si uno llega del trabajo el check-in es 3 uno llega cmo a las 6 y fue 1 dĂ­a perdido. Pagar tanto dinero para perder 1 dia.

Would definitely go again under one condition they MUST UPDATE THE BEDS!! Some beds are literally a wood plank with little cushion so it felt like u was sleeping on the floor. The bed my husband and I slept on was horrible I felt the springs in our backs for 8 days woke up with back pains and all. Other than the beds Aquatica is a very clean, family friendly place. They have 3 nice size pools only thing is they are only 3ft 6 inches deep. I mean it was still good enough to enjoy especially in the heat.

Great place to stay with family!

Aquatika is a great place to stay with family. Apartments accomodate up to 8 people. The complex has 5 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a mini golf, big playground, basketball courts, tennis court, and access to the beach. Everything you need for recreation and more can be found in the apartment: portable chairs, towels, a golf club and ball, basketball, roller blades, scooter, beach paddles, and dominoes to pay inside. The only thing you won't find are tennis rackets and balls, everything else is there. When we got there, the management had left us some complementary cereal boxes,coke cans, dish soap,and cleaning soap. There is all the cookware that you need but you do need a car to buy the food,shampoo,etc. Everything was very clean. The only complaint is that the mattresses were not firm anymore and some of the pillows were very slim, everything else was perfect. We have stayed here before and we would stay again.
