We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is a major highlight - close to both the beach and the airport, which made our early morning departure incredibly convenient (only about a 10-minute drive). Due to the proximity to the airport, we could hear planes taking off and landing, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs (which worked well for us).The neighborhood is also practical, with a supermarket about an 11-minute walk away and several quick dining options right across the street. Old San Juan is further away, with rideshares costing around 25–30 depending on the time of day during our stay. Another great perk is that many Viator tours offer pickup from nearby hotels. For example, the Royal Sonesta is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it very easy to join excursions.The apartment itself is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the second bed in the living room; it was a big upgrade from a typical sofa sleeper and made the space much more accommodating for our group of three adults. The beach toys were a fun bonus. The kitchen is small but functional, with plenty of pots and pans for basic cooking. For those arriving by rental car, just note that unloading right at the entrance can depend on street parking availability. In our case, we briefly stopped near a neighboring building with hazard lights on to unload, then moved the car to a commercial parking behind Walgreens (5/day, no overnight).
