The cosy interior comes equipped with a full kitchen, A/C throughout, 4K Smart TV, arcade and WiFi. The premium location is just a 1-minute drive from Dwejra Bay and the Inland Sea (diving site).

THE SPACE
Our San Lawrenz penthouse apartment is the perfect base for a tranquil weekend break or a relaxing family holiday. Spend your days enjoying the spectacular 180° sea and country views from the huge terrace, soaking up the Mediterranean sun in the hot tub and dining al-fresco with the stunning Dwejra sunset as your backdrop. Situated in a peaceful street just minutes away from the famous Dwejra Bay/Inland Sea and the picturesque San Lawrenz village square, you'll be in the heart of a favourite getaway spot for locals!

From the moment you step inside our bright penthouse, it welcomes you with a completely open plan living and dining area, modern facilities throughout and a fully equipped kitchen giving that real cosy "home away from home" feeling!

The apartment is perfectly sized and equipped to accommodate a group of friends or a family of 6 persons in complete comfort for any length of stay. There are three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds over 1-double bedroom (queen-sized) and 2-twin bedrooms. You will find a large family bathroom complete with a brand new rainfall shower area and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a WC and a small shower. Our space can comfortably sleep 6-adults and a baby cot/crib can be provided upon request. All bedrooms and the living area come equipped with dual air-conditioning (cool or heat), so you can be sure of a good nights sleep in any weather.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full oven & gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker and all the essential cooking utensils. Guests can relax and dine in the bright living/dining area as well as enjoy dining outdoors on the terrace which comes equipped with a gas BBQ and cooking utensils.

The living area has stunning country views through the large sliding doors and features a 50" Toshiba 4K Smart TV with Netflix (account provided)/Amazon Prime Video (account provided)/Youtube/Chromecast) and a super comfortable sofa. Fast WiFi (250mbps) is available in all areas of the apartment and terrace. You may also connect laptops or other devices to the TV via HDMI cable. Under the LED-lit skylight, you can also find an arcade games bar complete with a 2-player retro joystick console with many classic titles such as Tekken, Mortal Combat and Metal Slug!

For those that need to mix work and pleasure. There is a workstation area set up with a large desk, ergonomic office chair, laptop stand and an ethernet connection. The fibre backed internet connection handles Zoom/Teams video calls with ease.

The terrace features a powerful hot tub/jacuzzi which has space for up to 4 adults and enjoys amazing views directly over the Gozo countryside and on a clear night the starry sky! It also has a special UVC disinfection system and is chemically treated to ensure the water is completely sanitized. It is available all year round and can be heated during the colder months.

In the outdoor area, guests will have PRIVATE use of all the following features and equipment:

- Hot tub/Jacuzzi with capacity for 4 adults. (with optional heating)
- Dining table and chairs for 6-persons.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have completely private use of this 3-bedroom penthouse apartment and all of its outdoor areas/facilities. You will NOT share any parts of the apartment or outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from the internal common area of a small apartment block and is located on the third (top) floor with an elevator/lift available.

THE LOCATION
Our apartment enjoys a premium location at the edge of San Lawrenz village directly overlooking the stunning Gozo countryside, Mediterranean sea and Dwejra Bay. Situated at the end of a rural street in the picturesque Gozo village of San Lawrenz, steeped in history and set among traditional houses and real farming locals. It's just a 2-minute drive to Dwejra/Inland Sea dive site and a 3-minute walk to the village square where you can find a fantastic restaurant, local bar and a small shop. All the essential amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, ATM and public transport can be found within walking distance around the village. There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk from the apartment that can take you to Dwejra or the "capital" of the island, Victora. Enjoy a unique mix of sunny Mediterranean tranquillity and bustling village life.

GETTING AROUND
Public transport in Gozo is an economical and efficient way of getting around, almost all areas of the island are accessible by bus. The nearest bus stop from the apartment is called "Gebla" which is served hourly by the 311 bus to/from the capital Victoria and Dwejra. You can also catch the big red "Hop On - Hop Off" buses from the dedicated stop at the car park of Dwejra Bay. There is no private parking garage at the property however due to the quiet location you can usually find free parking on the street directly outside or at worst within a 1-minute walk.

IMPORTANT: TOURIST ECO-TAX UPDATE (JULY 2026)

Please note that the Government of Malta has increased the mandatory Environmental Contribution (Eco-Tourist Tax) for all stays starting on or after July 1, 2026.

New Rate: €1.50 per adult (18+) per night
New Cap: Maximum €22.50 per adult per stay

For bookings made prior to July 1, 2026, for stays occurring on or after this date, the system may not automatically apply the updated government rate at the time of booking. In such cases, any difference between the previous rate (€0.50) and the new legal rate (€1.50) must be settled separately before or upon arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the applicable tax is determined by the rate in effect during your stay, regardless of the booking date.
