Never again !
Already at the beginning there were problems, because the owner of this apartment had not registered us. After almost 2 hours we were finally able to receive the key for the apartment. But even here no feeling of the beginning of the holiday. The apartment was dirty as the owner himself was there before and did not arrange for cleaning. Opened food in the fridge, old bread in the toaster. The bedding didn't look fresh either. No towels and bed linen for the guest bed were provided. The bathroom was also not cleaned. The door from the bedroom to the terrace could not be locked. This should already work in a ground floor apartment. A lot of what was in the description of the apartment was not true. Also the offered parking space could not be used, as a trailer was parked here. Corona conforme hygiene instructions etc. were also not available. Also several phone calls with the rental agency and emails with the owner were not helpful at first. After requesting repayment, there was either no response or inadequate answers. Only after the threat of involvement of consumer protection and the police, movement came into the incident. We looked for a new place to stay and left the apartment after 2 days.
