When we first arrived they asked if I wanted an upgrade which I agreed too, when I saw the room compared to the amount of money spent did not jive. Way way over priced. So we ended up back in the original room which was actually nicer than the upgrade. Few things I want to point out. If you want something donât expect to get it, I asked for scissors second day there to be brought to room they never showed by the time my butler got back to me I didnât need it anymore so front desk and room service donât help at all, the coffee bar in the room was never refilled, I finally called because we had no more coffee, cups, or sugar in the room. After about 3 hours mini bar finally showed and only refilled coffee pods, we never got cups sugar or creamer so the pods were useless. The daily turnovers all they did was make the bed. They left all the dirty cups in the room didnât vacuum or clean anything. To the point there were bugs in the room. Which again by the time Maintence showed up I already cleaned them. We paid extra for the preferred side of the resort becaue there arenât alot of guests we donât get bracelets so anyone at that resort can go to the preferred side and get better alochol choices and food and supposed to be better service but I didnât see that. So I paid for an over priced room to get better service which I could of got basic room same service. Brought issues to manager attention at check out and based on response they did not care one bit. Go again? NO!!
