Mit der Govt. immer die Straßen in der besseren Form die Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum kostet 10 bis 15 min. um so viel Aufregung weit genug entfernt zu finden, wie Sie möchten, aber ganz privat zu sein.

Host was very responsive to all email questions. Erik was the onsite caretaker and was absolutely excellent. we used What's app to communicate to almost everyone and between our family once arrived--free. He arranged for our family of 8 to have taxi pickup. Driver offered to stop at a local market on the way to get some groceries. We bought a lot of eggs! Alcohol was expensive at the store, but we didn't want to carry it from the US. We had 6 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 6. Kids loved playing in the sand, and we all played in the beautiful pool. We had multiple excursions, mostly snorkeling and fishing, scheduled with Eric's help, including an in-house chef for our 50th anniversary dinner-wonderful! Erik was out each day to make sure our boat picked us up. He had our golf carts delivered to the house prior to our arrival. The house was perfect for our needs, roomy for meals, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Small markets close by for eggs, fruits, and vegetables. Many restaurants from inexpensive (roadside taco's) to very fancy (expensive) close by. Beach view was great, but sea grape-seaweed was thick. Kids swam off the dock, shallow water. Used both kayaks and paddle boards. Good time had by all! Highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of this house & having our own pool. Beds comfortable. Great location . Caretaker Eric was fantastic & helpful but not in the way. Only issue we had was the property was sold after we had booked & there was some miscommunication /no relay of details & numbers which did cause some very minor issues upon arrival. But Eric took care of it, highly recommend & want to go back.

We had an amazing stay at La Gran Casa Azul. The host Erick was amazing and helped us book activities, dial in the fishing off the dock, processing the Conch we found and so many more things. The place was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Having the dock there was awesome as we were able to get picked up right there for any boat related activities we had planned including scuba diving and snorkeling/spear fishing trips (that Erick helped us organize). The house has lots of good community spaces including upstairs, the pool area and the palapa at the end of the dock. Having access to paddle boards and Kayaks at the house was huge as well. It was a bit of a paddle out to the reef (about a mile), but well worth it to be able to be self sufficient to mess around without having to book a tour. All said, this place was great and I’d love to stay there again.

House was in the perfect location and private.Close enough to town but just far enough away. Views are insane here. House could use a few updates but nothing major.The best part of your stay will be Erik and his little dog Brownie! Always around to take care of any requests. He can help with tours that will pick you up on your own dock.We were a group of 9 and lots of space for all.You won’t be disappointed here!

What a perfect house! Eric is the best- he is so kind and he makes sure all is take care of. The house itself was perfect for our family of 8. The common space is big and the kitchen was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The big win is the outside space. The location is great- peaceful and still close enough to some of our favorite spots on the south side. The deck was amazing, the pool was a hit and the dock was great. I highly recommend this property and we will be back!

This was an exceptional trip for us, celebrating my lady’s 40th birthday in Belize. The host was very responsive to all of our questions before our arrival, and the on-site caretaker, Erick, was incredibly friendly and accommodating to all 6 guests.Erick spent several hours helping prepare a full buffet of barracuda, snapper, crab, conch and octopus ceviche, and lobster. We also had fun fishing on the dock, and Erick caught a bunch of sardines for us to use as bait.Although we had our tours booked before our arrival, Erick would’ve easily set that up for us, too. I would absolutely come back for Erick as our caretaker, let alone the amazing views and vibes.

Our group of 8 had an incredible time at La Gran Casa Azul — it was absolutely perfect for our vacation! The pool, beach, dock, and house were exactly what we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described.The real highlight of our stay was Eric, the caretaker. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had the best experience. He caught bait for us daily so we could fish right off the dock, cooked up our catch for dinner, and even made us the most amazing ceviche from conch we caught ourselves. He cleaned the shell so my girlfriend could take it home as a souvenir — such a thoughtful touch!We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. If you’re planning a trip to San Pedro, this rental is a must. We’re already talking about coming back and would only consider staying at La Gran Casa Azul.

Amazing accommodations!

Everything we wanted and more!From booking thru checkout the owners and caretaker made the process seamless.... from puddle jumpers booked for us on tropic air from belize city, taxis waiting at the airport, golf carts at the house waiting for us, owner of excursion company came to the house on the first day to set up what tours we wanted, the caretaker reset an air conditioner that didn't come back on after a power surge, and gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner locations. Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time in Belize.

Best vacation ever!

Our group of 8 just returned from 9 amazing days at La Casa Gran Azul. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. The house was as I expected which had plenty of room, was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool were even more amazing than what I had hoped for. Being surrounded by beautiful mangroves on both sides of the property made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The caretaker, Erick, was so kind and helpful. He set our teenagers up with fishing gear, even going out early in the morning to get them live bait. They were successful fishing from the dock and Erick cooked us a wonderful meal with their catch. The location of the house is perfect. Close to several restaurants and a small store but far enough from the busier parts of town to stay quiet. We definitely hope to return to this wonderful property! catch! The restaurants and a smalbusy.

A Week In Paradise

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ambergris Caye! Located about 20 minutes south of town, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The house is ideal for a large family or multiple families, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.The private dock and pool were absolutely fantastic—perfect for morning coffee with breathtaking views or an evening swim. We loved the peaceful, low-key vibe of this property, which was exactly what we were looking for. Being a bit removed from town allowed us to fully unwind, while still having easy access when we wanted it.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional property manager, Eric. He was incredibly helpful, arranging golf cart rentals and coordinating taxis to and from the airport, making everything seamless. His hospitality truly made a difference.We also appreciated the convenience of having a full kitchen, as we enjoy going to the local grocery stores and cooking rather than dining out every meal. Blended family holiday trip

We are a blended family of 9 and we had an amazing experience at Casa Azul! We utilized both levels which worked out beautifully as everyone had plenty of privacy and quiet space when needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house is perfectly appointed. The location is slightly outside of the main downtown area, but only a short golf cart ride away. There are quite a few bars and restaurants just down the road from the home. The property manager was lovely, very knowledgeable and accommodating to assist with all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a trip of a lifetime!

2 Story beach villa

This property was well equipped in all areas-the kitchen; games; outdoor activities and furniture. People could all be together on the patio, pool area or inside. The beach was very accessible. The only issue was the bumpy roads-but not the owner’s fault. Bicycling was smoother than golf carts.

A week in paradise

Casa Azul is a lovely place to stay. A quick golf cart ride to downtown San Pedro, but removed from the hassle and bustle. Very quiet. Saw lots of sea creatures and beautiful sunsets right off the dock. We loved the caretaker Erick. He was so kind and funny and he made us the most delicious fish dinner on Christmas.Everything was easy for us there. I wish I was still there!

Perfect property for our group!

Our group consisted of two families, 4 adults and 5 children ages 10-16. Everything about our stay was perfect! The property is exactly what we were expecting based on the photos, though the outdoor space exceeded out expectations. Our group spent many long hours enjoying the amazing pool, dock, and beach space. We were able to swim and fish off of the dock, and enjoy some lazy afternoons on the hammock. While the house is about a 15 minute golf cart ride to town, which keeps it a quiet property with not a ton of traffic. If your group needs an amazing space that can accommodate a variety of ages and interests, this is your property. We were luck enough to have the owners, Gord and Heather, there during our stay. The new caretaker, Eric, was also on property at times. The three of them made sure everything was perfect, and even got coconuts from the trees for us to try, gave restaurant recommendations, checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met, and were genuinely amazing people who take pride in their wonderful property! When we return to Belize someday, we will be staying here!

Great stay for our family!

We take our adult kids, their spouses and teen granddaughter on a family SCUBA diving trip every year. Grand Casa Azul was perfect for us. We had room to spread out, enjoy the pool, view and we made most of our meals at the house. Home caretaker Jason and his sweet family could not have been more gracious, helpful and responsive - from arranging outings and massages to recommending restaurants and activities.
