The upper unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a large kitchen and living area, and an added loft area perfect for kids with two twin beds and a TV. The best way to experience the sunrise and ocean views is from the large screened-in porch.

Each of the 2 new studio casitas has a comfortable king bed, full kitchen area, living area, and full bathroom.

Please note, this property is in a more densely populated neighborhood and close enough to hear the nightlife from surrounding restaurants and occasionally a neighboring dog or rooster. There is also no direct beach access from the property. We are happy to give suggestions on where to go to spend some time relaxing on the beach or a good spot for a beach walk.
