Schönes Apartment, leider mit unangenehmem Geruch

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, aus dem Bad hat sich allerdings ein übler Geruch nach faulen Eiern verbreitet, der auch nach 3 Tagen lüften nicht besser wurde. Der Strand vorm Hotel ist wegen Seegras nicht zum Baden geeignet und der Weg in die Stadt nur mit Golfcart oder Taxi (10€) machbar.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel bei San Pedro

Das Hotel liegt etwas nördlich von San Pedro. Das ist aus unserer Sicht jedoch ein Vorteil, auch wenn der Weg in den Ort etwas länger dauert, so hat man hier absolute Ruhe. Die Wohnung war super schön, mit einer guten Küche, einem kleinen Balkon und TV mit allen US Sendern in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Der Poolbereich ist schön und ebenso der Strand mit Liegen. Einziger Nachteil ist der fehlende Zugang zum Meer. Bzw. Zugang ist über eine Treppe möglich. Das Meer ist hier nicht wie man es sich an einem karibischen Strand vorstellt, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

I literally don’t have one complaint. I came to Belize for my birthday and starting weeks out, Tres Cocos was in communication with me, explaining how everything would work and seeing if we had any special requests or needed accommodations. While there, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was beautiful with an ocean view. The pool was clean and cute, right next to a bar and food. The front desk staff was always available. Everything was perfect and I am glad to have stayed here!

Absolutely amazing. Great property. Amazing condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath AND 2 patios!!). great property. Great communication. Nice to have the restaurant and bar on property (with pool, darts and games and great food, service and drinks). Just north of town so great location between town and secret beach. We had an issue in the unit that they responded to so quickly. I’m definitely staying here again !

Staff here are amazing, everyone from front desk to the cleaners and the landscape guys. These guys truly care about your experience. My only complaint was I wish I had stayed in a more upgraded unit, I knew it’d be basic but it was a little beyond that. It ended up being fine and we had a wonderful time.

Home away from home

Very comfortable rooms, spacious and clean. Great Helpdesk in the main office. There’s a restaurant and bar on site next to the pool which was so convenient. Pharmacy, massage studio, restaurants, and coffee shop within walking distance.

Amazing stay at Tres Cocos resort. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath room m had everything we needed for a family trip. Management helped with transportation, restaurant ideas and was perfectly situated on the Island.

What we expected. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Convenient location. Sargassum was way worse than expected creating an odor over entire area, but not much the condo could do about it. It was a problem on the Winward side of the entire island.

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for myself and adult son 2 veranda . Washer dry in unit was very convenient as we travel light. Staff was very helpful with everything. Cart delivered to property. Pickup at watertaxi and taken to airport . Communication was the best .sargassum was disappointment but not unique to this property

Little or no place to put clothes. Not even a bench to place your suitcase to make it more convenient to live out of your suitcase. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and the porch made for very comfortable seating to experience the ocean view and warm ocean breeze. The convenience of the Dog House for a drink and good food was very nice.

This is a very nice property, and we were really happy with the condo - clean, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean, nice front porch/balcony. The service was also great - they booked a golf cart for us, as well as a snorkelling trip, and we could exchange towels and beach towels whenever we needed to. And this is a nicely located property - easy drive to town, but not too close, and an easy drive to the Truck Stop, which has great pizzas, among other food options. But the sargassum in the water directly in front of the property (and all properties on this side of the island) meant we couldn’t go in the sea. This is not the property’s fault. It’s probably the fault of agricultural and mining run-off from the Amazon, global warming, etc. I think this is seasonal (spring and summer), so maybe this wouldn’t be a problem in winter. I don’t know. Our solution was to go on a few snorkelling trips and to spend our time on the Secret Beach side of the island, where the water is crystal clear turquoise and absolutely beautiful. And the road there is not as bad as people say - a little bumpy, but not bad.

Excellent stay at Tres Cocos

Great location just outside of town so it was quiet but close enough when you need to go into town. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with booking excursions and making sure we had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant and lounge had excellent food and drinks! Pool was small but very clean. Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again!

I can't say enough about this property. It was a beautiful condo on the beach. There's a pool, indoor bar/restaurant. They will stock the fridge for you, arrange transportation and excursions. Convenient to everything. I will definitely stay here again!
