Ancient noble country villa with swimming pool belonging to the Coletti family before ‘800, Villa Teloni in 1996, after a long period of neglect, was bought by the entrepreneur Sandro Teloni who, after having made his family residence, transformed it, following two long and laborious restorations entrusted to the architect Patrizia Ravegnati, in a charming residence able to accommodate up to fifty people.
Equipped with a large outdoor pool, a large porch that houses a lemon house overlooking a large garden, a sun terrace overlooking the hills and a park with pine trees and lush vegetation, the dwelling also has 16 rooms,11 rooms with air conditioning, a barbecue area with a wood oven outside, and an area with a wood-burning oven inside, a professional kitchen and four kitchens in the apartments and four more common kitchens of which the property is equipped with. In the property, there is also a small church.
The sixteen accommodations between suites and apartments are very spacious and equipped with all comforts, furnished with taste and passion. From the scent of the interiors to the care of the linen, to that of the table, where everything is designed to fascinate and leave a beautiful memory to the guests.
The rooms and apartments are located between the main Villa, which also has a large living room, the mezzanine, the wing overlooking the park, Villa Vedetta and Villa Granai.
