âą Additional full bath and a second bedroom with desk, closet, and a charming window seat for quiet moments

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full 3,000+ sq ft home, front and back yards and wraparound deck. Community beach access is shared and limited to 2 hours/day.
Boat launching and landing are allowed, no docking. Boat trailers may be parked at the house only 1 minute from the beach. Keep in mind that driveway parking is limited and trailers may have to be backed in or out and parking space for vehicles/trailers may vary depending on size.
Other things to note:
âą Max 16 guests (per community rule)
âą Outdoor lights off by 9pm (no overnight lighting)
âą Check in after 4 PM - Early check-in may be available, depending on previous day occupancy
âą Check out by 10 AM - No late check-outs - We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and full turnover time is essential to prepare the home for the next guests.
