This beautiful property is nestled on the shores of Lake Erie in Port Clinton with spectacular water views! It is part of a Village with the use of a very nice Pool and Hot Tub! The pool/hot tub usually open from May (around Memorial Day) until September. Walk to Port Clinton Lighthouse within a mile of the property for your morning exercise and to get the day started!

There are 3 levels to this Property -

The upper floor consists of a huge Master Bedroom with a Juliet Balcony, TV, DVD, Fireplace, Walk-In Closet, a full Bathroom and a further Bedroom with Bunk Beds and a Day Bed with another pull-out bed (4 beds altogether).

The middle floor consists of the main living area with a Large Open Living-Room with TV/DVD/Radio Stereo CD Player, and spacious Kitchen with Dining Room Table and Chairs to seat 6. There are 2 other Bedrooms (Queen in one bedroom and 2 Twins in the other bedroom) and full Bathroom. There is a balcony deck off this floor with Patio Furniture and Grill. You can sit here and drink your morning coffee or grill food for your romantic evening meal!

The ground floor has another full Bathroom, along with Laundry Room consisting of a Washer/Dryer. There is a 2-car attached garage, with space out front for another vehicle or two.

There is also a patio on the ground floor with a picnic table and chairs.

There is Cable TV and Wireless Internet!
There is Cookware, Crockpot, Dishes, Blender, and Utensils available for your use!

Also available is a Child's Safety Gate, Iron, Ironing Board, Extra Rollaway Bed

Wineries

There is a private beach area right in front where the sand may not be visible if the tide is in. We still go swimming anyway on nice days. We have provided a rope staked into the ground next to the ramp, so that you can get into and out of the water easily from the jet ski ramp. It is shallow for about 200 yards out (varies from 2 to 3 feet deep), and the floor is sandy (not many rocks). Also, you are able to launch your jet skis and kayaks from this ramp. We've seen so many people skimming around on their jet skis in the lake right out front of the house. Otherwise, the swimming pool is about 30 seconds from the front door. And, the public beach is a few minutes walk away!
