Located just minutes from the island's pristine beaches, charming shops, and excellent dining, this vacation rental is the perfect starting point for your island adventures.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and oversized single vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with ensuite patio access. There is a second bathroom located down the hallway from the bedrooms which features a large and ornately decorated walk in shower with single vanity. Guests will share the driveway with one other unit, located on the right side of the building.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to unit B which is the one depicted in the photos and description for this listing. The building this unit is located within does feature two other units, which are smaller and share no common spaces, with the exception of the driveway (this unit shares the driveway with unit C, which is located on the right side of the building). The other unit has a dedicated parking spot located off of the driveway, but must access this spot through the common driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located at 887 Casa Ybel Rd, which is minutes from beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a golf cart for getting around the island.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in, the exact agreement will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation using eSign technology.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
