You can visit the Mautern Zoo, you can visit the nearby lakes and mountains.
It is also worth making a one-day visit to Graz, which is nearby.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a Television and internet access.


There is one Bedroom in this house which contains a King Bed. We have another Little Bed in the Kitchen that can be used as Sofa or as a Bed.


There is one Bathroom, which has a toilet an sink and a Walk-in Shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is from 15.00 PM and check-out is till 11AM.

You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.

- Smoking is not allowed INSIDE! You can Smoke on the Terrace 😊

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are not allowed at the property.

- Guests must be quiet between 20:00 and 07:00!
