Schöne Villa, aber teilweise in die Jahre gekommen

Unser Aufenthalt war an sich schön. Nur als wir ankamen, waren wir auf dem ersten Blick nicht so begeistert. Man sieht zuerst den Aussenbereich/Poolbereich. Die Auflagen der Liegen waren nicht so ansehnlich, ebenso das Tagesbett, die Essecke draußen und der dazugehörige Sonnenschirm. Das muss alles erneuert werden. Drin war es besser. Schöne KĂŒche, moderne Badezimmer und die Zimmer waren ok. Es war alles sauber. Aber zischen der Mastersuite und den anderen Zimmern liegen auch deutliche Unterschiede. WĂ€re man mit 10 Mann geflogen, wĂ€re ein Paar mindestens enttĂ€uscht ĂŒber Zimmer 5 gewesen, mit SchiebetĂŒr und ohne Klima. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem fanden wir die Villa gut mit Abstrichen.

Perfekt fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt und durch die GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses hatten wirklich alle genug Platz. Die KĂŒche ist gerĂ€umig, auch wenn das eine oder andere fehlte. Es war halt zum Ende der Saison. Ein wirklich schönes Haus, welches wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.

Had a great stay! Good for groups and large family

We really liked the villa. We were a group of friends and with the pool area, the grass area, the barbecue and the large kitchen it was perfect for us. A small supermarket is in walking distance.

Super Urlaub Ibiza 2022

Sehr moderne und gepflegte Finca

Wir hatten als 7er Gruppe eine tolle Zeit auf der Finca. Die Finca ist modern und hat eine riesige KĂŒche, in der wir als Gruppe genug Platz hatten um unsere Speisen zuzubereiten. Der Pool war erstklassig und Martin war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen, wenn wir dĂŒrfen.

Super Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten vor Ort. Die Villa mit dem Pool war super, um auch dort die Zeit zu verbringen. Ein Supermarkt (2 Gehminuten entfernt) direkt um die Ecke ist auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider verlor der Pool Wasser (eventueller Defekt/Leck). Der Pool wirkte auf den Bildern grĂ¶ĂŸer. Keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer.

1 week between nightlife and sunbath

The villa is perfectly located a little bit outside Sant Antoni besides the main road to Sant Josep in a very quiet environment. You need definitely a car, but the distances to the main attractions are quiet short and a taxi is not very expensive: * Sant Antoni (City Center) - 5 Minutes/7€ * Ibiza Airport/City - 20-25 Minutes/35-40€ * Cala Bassa/Cala Comte - 10-15 Minutes / 20-25€ * Ushuaia (Calvin Harris!) - 20 Minutes/30€ The heart of the really outstanding site is the pool with the green (!) garden and the direct access to the modern kitchen and the living room. We (7 persons between 24 and 64 years) enjoyed the stay every day and would like to thank Martin and his team again for the perfect organization of the trip and the permanent availability! Absolutely brilliant. This villa is absolutely stunning and in a great location. The villa has everything you could want or need, aircon in the rooms, a well appointed kitchen with all you need to prepare meals and a great pool.We stayed as two families with small children who loved playing in the pool and large garden. Martin the host was very helpful on arrival and we felt very well looked after. Can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful spacious villa

We had a lovely stay with our large group of family and friends of our teen children. Rooms were lovely, bathrooms fabulous and living areas spacious and perfect for our large group. Martin very welcoming on arrival and the location of the property was convenient for our kids to go into San Antoni, as well as easy to get to beaches etc with hire car. Nice parking area and secure site with gorgeous pool area. We had a great stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful villa! Especially the swimming pool was perfect. The house was very spacious and clean. The airconditioning in all bedrooms and kitchen was highly appreciated on the hot days. The owner was also very responsive to any requests.

The villa itself is very lovely and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern.Inside the villa does need a little TLC and home comforts are tired and need replacing. The outdoor area is comfortable and the pool is lovely however again the outdoor furniture is tired and the master suit balcony did not have any outdoor furniture to enjoy.The villa owner was very quick to respond to us and sort some immediate issues out which was positive and these were rectified with no problem. We were also given an extended departure time which was a real benefit to us and the family. Overall the Villa is a stunning property and location was very quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa and great host

What a great find - we had a fantastic week in this villa. Martin was an excellent host, great communication before we came and so responsive for any questions we had both before we came and after we arrived. There is a little supermarket just at the end of the road which has everything you need and a cash machine! Easy location to get cabs to and from - I recommend saying to cab drivers it is near Sa Soca restaurant which is an eclectic little family run restaurant a 10 min walk away. You can walk easily to San Antonio in around 25 mins but can usually hail a cab on the way if you need to. Lovely comfy beds, great showers and the master suite is truly beautiful. Thankyou Martin for an amazing stay!

The perfect Ibiza Villa?

Location is spot on being just a 5 min cab ride into San An, little supermarket well stocked just 5mins walk also. Villa is beautiful with plenty of space and everything in clean working order. Honestly could not have asked for more in our weeks stay in Ibiza. Thank you Martin for being a great host too!

Lovely Villa , Great communication from Martyn through booking , arrival etc. location good quiet but 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Would definitely stay again. My daughter left some personal belongings in the villa and Martyn was a lifesaver who is sending them to the Uk for us!

Really comfortable stay. We managed it without a car, although like everyone knows taxis are an issue. The property was ideal on all accounts everything was clean and fresh, with the cleaning services in house and for the pool very friendly. The property manager was very responsive when required. The property was enjoyed by all 7 of us and the space was more than ample. We’re all happy!
