Entering the villa via an external staircase to the first floor, guests are welcomed into an inviting living and dining area. The space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and social gatherings, furnished with comfortable seating and a dining setup perfect for enjoying meals together. Adjacent to this space is a well-equipped, separate kitchen offering modern amenities and ample room for culinary enthusiasts to indulge in their passion for cooking. Stepping through patio doors from both kitchen and living area leads to a spacious balcony adorned with a brick BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. The balcony provides sweeping views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea can be seen in the distance. 
The villa boasts three tastefully appointed bedrooms on the ground floor, providing ample accommodation for guests. Two of these bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. With direct access to the pool terrace, these ensuite rooms offer a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, allowing guests to relish the Mediterranean breeze. The third bedroom features an adjacent shower room ensuring added convenience for all occupants. 
The pièce de résistance is the private pool area, featuring ample loungers for soaking up the sun and a serene ambiance for unwinding after a hard day building sandcastles at the beach.   
The capital city Mahon is just a short bus ride away and is well worth a visit. Local markets, a beautiful harbour with numerous restaurants and boat trips, or simply enjoy a café con leche in the town square whilst watching the world go by… Mahon provides a day out for the whole family. Please note this property contains External horizontal railings (ladder effect). To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 220cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 220cm wide. The poolside can be accessed from the first floor where there’s 17 external or 15 internal steps. The surrounding pool area is flat, whilst the pool has step access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide.
