Get the best of both worlds in the coastal resort of Sant’Agnello, where the atmosphere is generally more laidback than in nearby Sorrento (2 km), but you still have your pick of shops, restaurants and bars as well as dramatic clifftop views and dazzling aquamarine seas.



Villa Lia is located in the centre of Sant’Agnello, so shopping, eating out and local transport couldn’t be more convenient. In spite of its central location, the villa is large (200 m²) and imposing, with terraces and a first-floor balcony that extends the length of two sides of the home. Lawns and terraces dotted with tables and chairs overlook a lovely pool (8 x 4 m), accessed via French windows from the ground-floor lounge and kitchen.



The basement is great for teenagers, comprising a living space with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed), a TV, small pool table and dining table and a sleeping area with 2 single beds and a bathroom. There is also gym equipment, table tennis, table football and a basketball net. The ground-floor open-plan lounge and dining room is elegantly furnished and features an exquisite marble fireplace, and the contemporary kitchen leads out to the pool area.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:



• Tourist Tax: 4,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.

• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.

• Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

• Final cleaning: 250,00 Euros.
