Spend your days hiking, biking, swimming, or hitting the greens, then unwind together with games, movies, and outdoor hangs. The ideal setup for families and groups!

Fore & Explore combines two modern townhomes side-by-side, giving your group plenty of gathering space plus privacy when you want it. Explore nearby trails and parks, cool off at the community pool (open seasonally), ride scooters around the neighborhood, or unwind on each private patio with fire tables and BBQs. Perfect for families, golf trips, reunions, and group getaways in Southern Utah.
