Meeresfront! 180-Grad-Blick auf die Bucht von Monterey und Meilen von Strand zu Fuß. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Zufluchtsort vom Rest des Hauses und bietet; ein eigenes Bad, eine Sitzecke mit TV und Kabel, Kingsize-Bett und uneingeschrĂ€nkter Meerblick.
Das Familienzimmer ist klein, bietet jedoch Meerblick und Zugang zu einer Außenterrasse mit eigenem Whirlpool. Die ruhige Aussicht endet nicht nach Sonnenuntergang, denn der Sternenhimmel und die Fernsicht auf die Lichter der Stadt ĂŒber der Bucht werden Sie im Moment festhalten.

The Perfect Place for Family Fun!

This house is a great place for families, especially if you have kids 5 - 14! The play area and bunk bed rooms are great places for fun. The house, although a bit dated, has some great features like a hot tub to warm up in after being in the surf! The garage had a ping pong table, boogie boards, and kites. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. The refrigerator has probably been repaired or replaced, but it did work! The easy access to the kitchen made moving in and out very easy. Overall, a great place for puzzles, stories, games, eating and being on the beach!

Dated but nice place with great location

As others have said, the house is quite dated, but you can't get a better location! Some of the window and door locks upstairs aren't working, the VCR and DVD players were broken, the mattress are old and saggy, and there wasn't enough toilet paper for our weekend visit. Three of the 5 bedrooms only have bunk beds and they are small rooms. Fine when you have children, but it was pretty cozy for 10 middle-aged adults. Also, important to note, 1 of the 2 bathrooms in the house are inside one of the bedrooms, so there is not a great deal of privacy. Again, it's fine if you're taking your kids, but make sure you're close with your adult friends before you go. ;-) Overall, the location makes up for many small issues. An upgrade on some of the mattresses would be great though!

Old, dirty and out dates.

When we first checked in we noticed right away that there was trash on the outside of the property, we get inside and realized the furniture was old and dated, the leather chairs were peeling and the people who stayed in the house prior had trash left behind there drinks put up on the eves by the window. There had been trash thrown up on the ceiling eves in the inside of the house. The back door was broken and would not lock and the hot tub was broke and that was the main reason we rented the house. Needless to say we were very unsatisfied with the conditions of the home.

Great beach access

The family enjoyed the weekend on the beach and spent several hours in the hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen, living room, dining room for everyone to spread out but still be together. Thank you for a fun weekend!

Great place for a weekend away!

The house’s location is top notch! The house layout is awesome. Amenity offerings are great, however, as others posted, not really kept up with. Ample amount of towels, good amount of paper towel and toilet paper for a weekend. It’s a quintessential beach house but just a bit outdated. We had a blast, management was easy to communicate with and check in and check out instructions were clear.

Great location but a but a a bit aged

Great location, 5 bedrooms but 3 are bunk beds :). House clean but a bit "dank" and needed air out on arrival. Sliding glass door in lower bedroom has its seal broken and you cannot see out of it. good side is lots of towels, kitchen is well equipped, view is great.

Big Disappointment

On arrival at 4pm, the garbage area was littered with garbage that I personally cleaned up because no one could come out until 7pm. The home, itself, was nice and clean ready for our visit. In communication with the property managers, we were told there were propane tanks available to use for the bbq. However, the bbq was not gas and was charcoal. We had to change our menu due to not having any charcoal. On our 2nd night the main propane for the house ran out. Not having hot water caused another change in our plans because no one could take hot showers. Management did rectify the situation as quickly as they could, but it was a huge inconvenience for our family. We thought we were in the clear of any other problems and then we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Instead of bothering with Management because we were already going to the store to get charcoal, we purchased our own toilet paper and paper towels. The 3rd day, we were certain everything would be great, then we ran out of propane AGAIN! When you spend $5k to have a family get-away in a beautiful community there are certain simple things you would expect to be handled PRIOR to your guests arriving. 1) provide more than 1 additional roll of tp for a home that sleeps 12. Fill the propane tank to ensure your guests have hot water. Provide accurate information to your guests so they may plan accordingly.

Cool location but not clean or kept up.

Cool location but house was very musty and not clean like you would expect from the amount of cleaning deposit they charge. Had to buy cleaning products near by and wipe down all areas and wash all bedding and sheets before we felt comfortable to use the house. Sand in upstairs bunks even though they were made. House needs a deep cleaning and mold addressed in many visible areas. Screen door to back deck didn’t open/broken upon arrival with no note to give a heads up. Location and neighborhood was amazing. Will be back but will choose another home to rent in the area. Too bad because it could be an amazing spot all together.

Overall Good Stay

We liked the house and when we emailed about the hottub not working they were at the door in 5 minutes. That being said the hot-tub never worked and it was the main reason for renting this house. I feel I should get some kind of refund. I could have gotten a much cheaper place without a hot-tub.

Great location!

As previous reviewers have pointed out, the property is somewhat "tired" and in need of refurbishing -- e.g. the garage door. The room configurations were unusual -- fine in some cases, but really less than adequate in others. (I am 86years old and had to use a cramped bedroom on the ground floor -- my sleeping place being the top bunk of a small bed. ) Everyone enjoyed the beach and hot tub. Things improved when the sun finally came out.

We enjoyed our stay because we were together as a family and we had a good time. I feel the place could use some upgrading - chair upstairs had stuffing hanging out, the yard had junk in it and the bathroom smelled of urine.

Nice place to relax, just a few minor things needing TLC. The extra VRBO fees and other fees is the biggest complaint and will go through rental property next time and not VRBO next time.

Hello Brandy, View was absolutely amazing. Home was nice but definitely needed some attention as far as cleanliness. Mold on ceiling in upstairs bathroom, and upstairs master carpet was disgusting with several stains (I have pictures if you need ). Could not put my baby down to play because carpet was so dirty . Also , no lock on master bedroom slider door like it was broke off ... unsettling for safety issues ,etc. Beautiful home in amazing location, but definitely needs some TLC. Overall enjoyed our stay . Thank you

Great get away place...

We rented the house for a long over due weekend get away. Perfect location right on the beach. Plenty of space for our family of four plus a guest. The hot tub was a relaxing benefit after walking on the beach. The deck was great to enjoy a drink while listening to the ocean. Fantastic views from every window. Great place to take a family for time away. We would definitely visit again.

True Serenity

The house is very cozy, has a lot of character, the house was nice and warm when we arrived and was taken by the breathtaking views of the ocean, the master bedroom is huge with lots of windows, sleeping to the sound of the waves and waking up to the view of the ocean was priceless, lots of bedroom space, loved the big kitchen. The staff at the office was very professional and kind. I will definitely go back because my family had amazing time. Best memories in a long time.

Wonderful Stay at House 72!

Great experience! The house was perfect for our family. The best stocked kitchen we have had in the 40 years of coming to Pajaro Dunes.
