The lively beach resort of Alcudia is 30 mins to the north. And tranquil Arta, is 20 mins to the east.


The villa is laid out over two floors with a stunning double height entrance hall, providing a wonderful sense of light and space, as well as sleek under-heated polished concrete floors throughout.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, which leads out to an indoor-outdoor area, with a dining table and glass doors that can fully open, providing a breeze for summer dining or a cosy area for sunny winter days. The dining area overlooks the beautiful, mature, terraced garden with its variety of sunny and shady seating areas and generously sized swimming pool. The adjoining sitting room, complete with sound system, overhead projector, and bespoke concrete sofa design, is perfect for relaxing and watching films. And for the winter, there is fire pit, which makes the room cosy, when it is cold outside.

The downstairs bedroom suite is a double/twin bedroom, with access to the garden, with its own side patio door; It also has its own shower room decorated with locally made cement Huguet tiles, plus cast stone sinks and cement walls. Beautiful tiles and stone sinks feature in all the bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is another shower/wet room (doubling as a utility area with washing machine and storage space).

Upstairs is the spectacular master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a full-length terrace offering uninterrupted views of the Serres de Llevant mountains and sea views towards the Bay of Alcudia. The upper floor has two beautiful double bedrooms, a cosy TV/playroom and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms have AC and splendid views of the surrounding landscape.

with many rural homes in Mallorca, internet speeds can sometimes be a bit slow, but it is normally fine for streaming movies in high def.

WATER PRESSURE
The water supply is from a well and is pressurised by an electrical pump. There is therefore a delay after the tap is turned on. After a few seconds, the pressure is very good.
Hot water is solar with electricity back up and on sunny days care should be taken as it can get very hot. When first turned on, it can take a minute or two for the hot water to reach the tap. Be patient. This a rural house but has all the comforts.
