The house has four bedrooms perfectly designed for your comfort. The first bedroom offers two double beds and a sofa bed. The second includes a double bed and a three-level bunk bed, ideal for maximizing space. The third bedroom has two double beds, a single bed, and a sofa bed. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a double bed.

In addition, there is a living room on the first floor, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The BBQ area is outdoors, along with the private pool and a jacuzzi with hydromassage.

No loud parties or fireworks are allowed. There is

a $50 USD pet fee per stay with prior authorization.

If you bring your pet, please note that it is not allowed inside the bedrooms. Remember to also pick up after your pet in the common areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of $300,000 COP.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.

The cleaning fee charged by VRBO covers the preparation of the property before your arrival and cleaning after your departure.

Cleaning Rates and Additional Services

To provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your stay, we offer the following services, with their respective rates:

We offer housekeeping services for cooking and general cleaning of the property during your stay for an additional fee of COP 100,000 for every 8 people, payable directly to the staff. If your group is larger than 8 people, an additional person will be required.

Cleaning service hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If cleaning is required outside of these hours, an additional charge of COP 15,000 per extra hour will apply.

*NOTE: If you do not use the cleaning service, the property must be left in the same condition as you found it.*

We also require that the service team receive the property and take an inventory of utensils and amenities.
