The space
Welcome to 'Sea4Ever!'
Just one house off the beach and with endless Gulf views, this stunning Seagrove home has everything you need and more for an unforgettable getaway!
Stepping inside, you're greeted by a bright and open living, dining, and kitchen space. The living room features large glass doors that open up to the covered outdoor deck, bringing in tons of natural light. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with white marble countertops, dual ovens, a 6-burner gas stove with part flat top, beautiful white cabinetry, and seating for 4 at the island. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous wood table that seats up to 10â perfect for shared meals and late-night games!
Just off the main area is a half bathroom, as well as the first bedroom which has a King bed, direct access to the pool deck, and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.
Outside, you'll love the private backyard retreat. The pool features a stunning built-in fire table, creating the perfect spot for both daytime lounging and cozy evenings under the stars. There is also a full summer kitchen, with a built-in grill, sink, mini fridge, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. Make your way over to the covered deck, and you'll find an outdoor fireplace, TV, and tons of cozy seating.
Upstairs on the second floor, there is a second living room, complete with a wet bar and a balcony overlooking the backyard. Also on this floor is the laundry room, as well as three additional bedrooms. The stunning master suite features a King bed, built-in fireplace, two charming window benches, private balcony, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower with dual showerheads, a separate soaking tub, and its own private washer/dryer for added convenience!
The other two bedrooms on the second floor both have King beds, one with access to a shared balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the other with an en-suite with a shower/tub combination.
Moving up to the third floor, a third living room with a wet bar provides even more space to spread out, and the final three bedrooms are also on this floor. The first is a King bedroom that shares a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom, featuring four built-in Full beds and a private balcony with Gulf views, also shares this hallway bathroom. The last room has three Twin beds + one Full bed, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.
Finally, make your way up to the fourth floor, where you'll find a rooftop lookout tower that will take your breath away! This partially covered space includes a built-in mini bar, TV, dining area, and endless Gulf views!

Guest access
There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool or other amenities provided to guests.
