Beach access point suggestions:

Deer Lake State Park -This is the closest beach access point from Prominence, less than 1 mile away, and an easy golf cart, bike ride or walk.

Seabreeze Drive Beach Access - North side 30A shoulder parking is available. You can park and use the adjacent crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

Walton Dunes Beach Access #8 - Situated a short 2.5 miles from our rental, this location boasts ample parking options including handicap, bike, and golf cart spaces. Enhance your beach day with the available beach chair rental services.

Santa Clara Regional Beach Access - A mere 3.8 miles away, this access point is fully equipped for a day at the beach. From parking and restrooms to lifeguards and handicap accessibility, every need is catered to.

Inlet Beach Regional Access - Just 4.6 car ride away, this beach access mirrors the amenities of Santa Clara, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable beach experience for all. Added bonus are the 100+ parking spaces.

- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.

- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A.
