PRIVATE BEACH & RESORT ACCESS
-The WaterColor Beach Club is the only beachfront clubhouse pool available to rental guests along 30A. It is the ultimate amenity with three pools, expanded seating on upper and lower decks, and lounge areas. The Beach Club has several food and beverage options onsite, towel service, and a charming mercantile with sundries for your pool day. With unobstructed and panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, relaxation and pleasure await you at the Beach Club. Visit the WaterColor Beach Club page for facility hours, lounge chair etiquette, restaurant information, and rules. Wristbands must be worn by guests ages 5 and older. You can access the beach by walking through the Beach Club, and for those who want to sit on the sand, you can set up chairs and umbrellas behind the reserved chair area, or rent your own chairs and umbrellas from the rental shack.

NEARBY PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS
-Ray's Multi Mountain Beach Access: Is in the heart of Grayton Beach in "New Grayton", just to the west of the main Grayton Beach drive-on access at Hotz Avenue and the main "Grayton Dunes" access behind The Red Bar.

-Grayton Dunes Beach Access: Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. Several fishing charters launch off the beach for half-day and full-day trips.

PARKING
Two parking spaces available (2 driveway spaces in back of home). No street parking, driveway or gravel spaces only.

Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an adults only pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for younger kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.

Per Watercolor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands max.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking, which you will receive a prompted email prior to your arrival. The HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.

The WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival.

Regarding the WaterColor pools, until water temperatures are consistently warm enough on their own, WaterColor's pools are maintained around 82 degrees.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*This home is allotted 6 wristbands max per HOA.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*No street parking, driveway or gravel spaces only
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*This home must remain pet free.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
