Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Coastal and breathtakingâthese are a few words that describe this stunning WaterColor condo, offering the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Your family will never want to leave this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, which accommodates up to 10 guests with ease. Every detail of this home has been carefully curated with high-end finishes and coastal charm, and the Gulf views are absolutely stunning.
As you step through the door, you'll immediately be greeted by an open and spacious floor plan flooded with natural light. The home is spread across two levels. From the main living area, floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the sparkling gulf. On the first floor, guests will find the inviting living room, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. French doors open to the balcony, where you can relax and take in the beach-front views. The well-appointed kitchen is a dream, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space for all culinary needs. Just off the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for 8 guests, plus 3 additional barstools at the breakfast bar.
Located on the first floor is a king-sized guest room with a private bathroom that includes a glass-front shower and single vanity. This guest room offers direct access to the main-level balcony, so guests can step outside and enjoy the view right from the room. A half bath is present on the first floor, as well.
The second floor is home to the spacious primary suite, which boasts a luxurious king bed, two armchairs, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a spa tub, and a separate shower. The room opens to a private balcony with panoramic gulf views, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A second guest room on this level is perfect for children or friends, featuring two luxurious twin/queen bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and vanity.
The balconies throughout this home are truly special. These outdoor spaces are perfect for soaking in the beauty of the Gulf coast. Guests can step outside and enjoy the gentle sea breeze, or take a short stroll to the sugar-white sand beach, easily accessible via the dune walkover just outside the door.
In addition to the home's stunning interiors and unbeatable beach access, guests also have access to a nearby private pool.
*Condo is on the third floor of the building. Building has an elevator.
*This unit comes with 2 parking spots; one in the garage and one under the pergola. The parking garage is not suited for large or oversized SUVs or Trucks (6'10" high | 8' 10" wide | 16' 3" long).

- This unit comes with 2 parking spots; one in the garage and one under the pergola. The parking garage is not suited for large or oversized SUVs or Trucks.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
âââââââ- 10 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
