Welcome to Lucky Snapper, your perfect coastal escape in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach along 30A. This inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas designed for relaxing and making memories. Step inside to a bright, open living space where comfortable furnishings provide plenty of room for family and friends to gather and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals with ease, along with a large island and seating for five—perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.

The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and convenient access to a shared bathroom. This room also opens to the back porch, where you’ll find a BBQ grill and outdoor seating—ideal for evening cookouts and relaxing after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A cozy coffee station with a Keurig is located on the landing, making it easy to start your mornings right. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the backyard. The third guest bedroom is a fun bunk room with a full-over-twin bed and access to a large balcony—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination completes the second floor. With multiple balconies, comfortable living spaces, and a prime location along 30A, Lucky Snapper is the ideal place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable beach memories you’ll want to return to year after year.

The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

What a fantastic stay in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach! Lucky Snapper is a great home with an amazing location. Beach access, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The house was comfortable and well stocked for our 6 nights. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions. The golf cart was fantastic and really added to our trip. Highly reccomend this home. We can't wait to return!

Lucky Snapper

We found the house to be clean and what we needed for a great stay. We rented the golf cart for ease of travel to the beach and restaurants close by. No issues with the property and plenty of space for six of us. The bikes were not really functional as all but one of the bikes had flat tires and would not hold air. Wifi was good and everything was as advertised.

Too expensive for what you get

Overall we had an okay stay. The house was very nice and roomy but I feel like they oversell the location/proximity to the beach. It might be a 15 minute walk to the beach if you are solo but when you add all the beach gear definitely takes more like 30 minutes walking. Thank goodness we rented a separate golf cart! The house is NOT well stocked at all. Be prepared to have to buy everything for your stay here- trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, and even TP. The stuff they provide is cheap and thin- didn’t want to use theirs anyway. They don’t tell you in the description about all of this until AFTER you pay! There were very limited spices for cooking and we even ended up having to use our own salt and pepper. There was also no table to eat at. Just have to eat at the counter - guess that’s my fault since there was no table in the pictures- just something I missed. Beds were pretty soft and lumpy; at least the beach wore us out so we still slept okay. The upstairs guest bed felt like a futon mattress though. The upstairs deck was very nice but it was difficult to get any kind of air flow from the fan. Seemed to have one setting which was low and couldn’t even tell it was on so we ended up not using the outdoor area as much as we would have liked. We did talk to management and they did provide us with several things the house was missing but we actually burned our hands using the cheap pot holders they bought us, so again, may want to even bring your own dish towels and pot holders! The house looked pretty clean but the main air filter on the first floor was disgusting and there was all sorts of dirt and dust under the beds. A maintenance guy did end up coming to clean it out but then just left all the dirt on the floor for us to clean up. I would say for the price you pay for this place, you should be well taken care of and we did not feel that way. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Honestly would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Great stay for a group!

This house was a great stay for our girls trip. Would definitely recommend paying for the golf cart usage as the 0.7 mile walk to beach can be a lot with carrying chairs & coolers. Quiet street, close by to Blue Mountain Ice Cream & lots of space within the house to stretch out. Would definitely book here again!

Excellent 30a vacation home

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house’s aesthetic is modern and clean but also cozy and comfortable. The house was impeccably clean, and very well decorated. We felt so comfortable staying at this house. Our kiddos loved having a tv in their rooms. The back deck was perfect for hanging out and reading or lounging around and visiting. The kitchen is HUGE with ample counter space. While we only stayed here with our immediate family of 4 we plan to stay here again with extended family. The staff was prompt and very helpful when we encountered a problem with the front door lock. They immediately sent out someone (on a holiday) to attend to the problem and even called the next day to confirm the problem had been solved. The only thing I would say needs improvement or maybe attention would be the wireless internet. We encountered a few periods of the internet being down or sluggish. However I believe this is noted in the contract and didn’t detract from our wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great Property

Great location and down from all of the crowds. Easy beach access. House is beautiful and plenty big enough. Only issue was sand in the sheets in one of the beds upon arrival. Large fee for housecleaning so sheets should undoubtedly be clean otherwise I would have given it five stars all around. Manager quickly responded and rectified that issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
