The island seats five comfortably, while the adjacent dining area accommodates eight guests for memorable meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials plus specialty items like a Vitamix, InstantPot, Air Fryer, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

The private 10x20 saltwater pool features LED lighting and optional heating. A heated outdoor shower offers post-beach convenience, while multiple covered porches provide shady spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

OTHER DETAILS
Before you secure your spot at Stayin' Sandy Nest, here’s what you need to know::

• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $250 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 14 guests.
• Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee/per dog. We use a site "PetScreening" to manage all four-legged guests. While we only allow dogs, a profile and a pet fee are required for each one joining you. (Note: Pet fees and registration are not required for service animals).
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events | Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
• Safety: Pool alarm | Smoke & CO detectors | Fire extinguisher
• Starter Supplies: Toiletries | Paper goods | Trash bags | Dishwasher pods

Arrival & Departure Policies
To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24hrs in advance)
Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
