3 bedroom/2 bath house. Private and heated pool.
Come visit our charming beach cottage, Swept by the Tide with up to eight of your family and friends. This three bedroom, two bath house is equipped with a private pool and yard and features a wrap around front porch. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator, and microwave.
All three bedrooms are furnished with its own television, along with a flat screen in the living room. The master bedroom is separately located off the living room, with its own private master bathroom. Guests and other residents share a hallway bathroom.
The pool area has ample furniture to relax by the pool. The pool deck also is equipped with a charcoal grill and pavilion.
Swept by the Tide is a two block (5 minute) walk to the beautiful white sand beach and a short 12 minute walk to the heart of Seaside Town Square. Enjoy two public beach access locations - 1) located across from Surfing Deer Restaurant and 2 )Thyme St. Enjoy a bike ride around the various shops, restaurants, neighborhoods and trails of Seaside and Seagrove.4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included in your rental. This is our third time staying here. We love the house, especially with the recent updates to the bathrooms, the close proximity to the beach, and the private pool, which was also redone. Check in was the easiest one I’ve ever had. The house was awesome just as the host was! She bless her heart answered all of my question like within two minutes of me asking. We didn’t use the bikes or the pool but the pool looked great! She guided me to Shelly’s for golf cart rental and gave me some names of some awesome restaurants close by. I’ll definitely be back!!

Awesome location , lots of extra things throughout the house. I definitely recommend checking in to actually see what you need from Publix that is located less than a mile away. The backyard is beautiful my granddaughter loved the pool. The grill is awesome . I definitely plan on going back to stay at this home.

Wonderful house!

Highly recommend this house! Great location with an easy walk to the beach or into Seaside! The manager was very responsive from start to finish! The house itself was very clean and stocked with anything you could need on a beach vacation! The pool was perfect after a day at the beach or at night! We rented a golf cart which was also great to have and plenty of parking at the house!

Terrible

Quite frankly the house was ok. A little dated. The pool was filthy, the kitchen counter tops grout lines (dated) was filthy. The bikes did not work and tires constantly flat. She the owner is trying to bully us in the end - saying we had 8-10 guest. Says she has cameras - I said we had 6 total, show me your camera footage. She said we broke into a personal closet - not true. The linen closet was the primary bedroom closet and in disarray. She said to empty all trash - we did - she said to empty refrigerator, we did and she said to load dishwasher and turn it on - yet she complained that it was to loaded ??? We have been coming to Seaside for 25 years and will be back next year - just not with her !

Love the house!

Everything was great about our stay, but I do need to say that the bikes are pretty unusable for a variety of reasons: chain consistently falls off, a missing pedal, the tires won't inflate, etc. We ended up renting some, so it wasn't too big of a deal.

Great location and amenities

The property is well located although not in Seaside proper - we had some in our group who were so we were not able to have beach chairs together - not a huge deal but just something to know if you have people you are trying to sit by. The house itself was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool was a nice addition and the whole outdoor area was a great place to hang out as a family. The only thing I might suggest is some travel size bath items like shampoo or soap. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Great Stay!

The location was very convenient and the property was comfortable and cozy. The owner was super helpful and very responsive. Overall, I enjoyed the property and we used ALL of the amenities from the bikes to the heated pool. We rented a golf cart, but could’ve also rented one that was already on property. We didn’t know.Nonetheless, everything was great! No regrets, and I would definitely recommend the property to others.

Holiday beach vacay

Stay as listed! Easy walk to the beach, seaside, and Publix. Highly recommended for any family vacationing around seaside. Mary was always quick to respond and help with any questions/concerns. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I almost don't want to tell you about it!

Location, location, location. An quaint little cottage within a 5 minute walk to Seagrove beach. The beach was never super crowded, and the house has a few chairs, too. We loved the backyard pool and the comfy couch for a lazy afternoon watching Shark Week. I mean, Publix is only 5 minutes down the road as well! My teens rode the bikes to Seaside one afternoon while I read a novel by the pool. We had a lovely week without a care in the world. Thank you!

Summer Get-Away

This was our second year staying at this property. There were lots of upgrades in the bathrooms and pool from last year. The house is in an amazing location. Close to Seaside, the beach, Publix and places to eat. The host is so generous. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas she graciously lets you use. That helps with packing. The pantry is stocked with little things you might forget. It’s just become our favorite summer get away and we will be rebooking for next year soon.
