Winter is a great time to visit the area! There is plenty of sunshine to be enjoyed in the crisp weather with fewer crowds. The house’s private hot tub and fire pit are perfect for the evenings when temperatures are cool. There are also many nature trails in the area to explore before the scorching days of summer return. And the beach becomes a more relaxing spot to read a book, take a walk and let little ones run in the sand!

Nestled into this desirable Santa Rosa community, you will be minutes from spectacular white sand beaches, great restaurants and boutique shopping. You can easily walk, bike, hop on a golf cart rental or drive to the Blue Mountain Beach access, as well as many of the eateries, shops, and of course, ice cream.

You will also have access to the community resort-style pool area that is complete with waterfalls, a large sun shelf, hot tub, fire pit, grilling area with plenty of seating, and a 4-story lookout tower with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

At the house
We hope that your vacation is as carefree as possible and that you walk into a house that is well equipped and set up in a way that allows you to focus on making fun memories, not stressing out about all the little things.

A starter supply of amenities is provided for your convenience. You will find dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towels and coffee in the kitchen to help you get settled in. There is shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup remover wipes and toilet paper available in the bathrooms. Additional supplies will need to be purchased for longer stays and/or larger parties. There is a Publix and Walmart within 6 miles of the house.

Don’t worry about lugging wet, sandy towels back home in your suitcase. You will find clean beach towels located in the laundry room and beach toys in the plastic bin on the back porch.

Bringing little ones? There is a pack ‘n play, sheets and monitor located in the large, walk-in closet upstairs. If using our pack n play, please only use the provided waterproof sheets or use them under your personal sheets so we can protect our mattress. There is also a highchair stored in the laundry room.

Rentals mean you are sharing spaces with night owls, early risers, crying babies and snorers. Sound machines are provided in each room to help ensure a good night sleep while staying in the house.

You will find HD flat screen smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Simply log into your favorite streaming account and veg out for awhile. High speed internet is also provided throughout the house.
