Im Herzen des Crossing District gelegen, ist dieses spektakuläre haustierfreundliche WaterColor-Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem Etagenbett ideal für einen Kurzurlaub!

Es gibt viel Platz für die ganze Familie in diesem Haus. Der offene Grundriss des ersten Obergeschosses ermöglicht Ihnen die Interaktion mit anderen, unabhängig davon, wo Sie sich befinden, ob in der Küche, im Essbereich oder im Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit Edelstahlgeräten und schönen Granit-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Die Bar bietet Platz für drei, der Esstisch für sechs Personen. Die geräumigen Veranden bieten ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, um die frische Luft Floridas zu genießen, und eine Tischtennisplatte, um Spaß zu haben! Es gibt auch einen zweiten Medienraum im ersten Stock zusätzlich zum zweiten Stock, ideal für Kinder, um viel Platz zum Spielen zu haben.

The perfect spring getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house. The whole community is cute and inviting. The golf cart worked great and the patio and fenced in area was really nice for our furry family members. We tripped a breaker while we were there the first night and shut off the hot water and they were quick to respond and very helpful with fixing it immediately.

Beautiful house, frustrating rental company

Our stay in Watercolor was incredible overall. We loved the beach and the Watercolor amenities. The house we stayed in was beautiful, well-kept and came with a golf cart, which I think is a must. The check in and out process was frustrating though, and although Sanders Beach Rentals were very kind on the phone, they failed to deliver the customer service they promised. I will rent with a different company next time. Weeks ahead of time, I spoke with Sanders and requested an early check in time as our flight got in early and we had luggage we would like to place inside the home. They promised to notify me as soon as the home was turned over to allow me to enter early. In the meantime they said I could leave our luggage on the front patio. On check in day I contacted them to let them know we had arrived. Once again they said they’d let me know as soon as it was turned over so we could enter early if possible. Out of concern for leaving our luggage out in the open I stayed with it and waited outside the property. I waited for hours, checking with Sanders a couple times. Although turnover happened before I even got there, Sanders made me wait until 4 pm before they said it was finally ready. All I wanted to do was put my stuff inside and grab our wristbands so we could use the amenities.Very frustrating to be made to wait without reason. At checkout the similarly were unable to grant even an hour late checkout despite having discussed that as well. Rent from someone else.

Fantastic property!

Excellent experience at this lovely home. The location can't be beat, the amenities were fantastic and the overall condition of the property was excellent. We had two small issues and the property management company addressed them right away...within minutes not hours. Would highly recommend booking this property! We fully intend to again next year. :)

Christmas vacation

The house was perfect for our family of seven and dogs. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, the use of a golf cart, and close to restaurants and shopping. The daily trash pickup was great for us also. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard and screened in porch. We would definitely choose this property again. Great Christmas vacation!!!

Great Beach house

Perfect Winter Break

This house is perfect in every way if you are looking for a home base from which to enjoy everything on 30a. XL golf cart and 4 bikes get you anywhere you want to go. Our teenagers took the bikes the very short ride to Seaside multiple times a day and also to the Watercolor Beach Club, where they loved hanging out. Everything about the house is comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen is fully stocked and arranged in such a way that you can tell the owners care about their guests’ ability to feel at home. There are no red flags at all. It’s great and the photos don’t even do it justice!!

This is a roomy and attractive property on a quiet newer street in Watercolor, and we hope to come back. We had a pleasant two week stay despite the almost daily rain. The house is pet friendly and our dog accompanied us. There is a small fenced area behind the house which I do not think was mentioned in the online description. The rental company is efficient. When we discovered the washing machine was not working, a new one was brought in 48 hours. My only criticism is that with an assortment of dogs probably having been present in the house, some really intensive cleaning of floors and rugs is needed.

Property exceeded expectations.

My wife and I, two sons, daughter in law, girlfriend and two granddaughters stayed 5 nights. Plenty of room to spread out. huge back balcony and front up and downstairs balcony. Plenty of room in den for everyone. a front sitting room we used as a Nintendo room and another sitting area upstairs. Just a great property and layout for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Picture perfect home & great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is even nicer in person. We loved the screened in porch and the fenced in yard for our dog. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay (no spices though so make sure you pack any salt, pepper, etc. you may need). We loved being able to use the bikes and the golf cart to get around the neighborhood and to go to the Watercolor Beach Club. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to stay there on a future visit!

Great Layout for a Family!

We stay in the Seaside/Watercolor area every summer and this was our favorite rental yet. It has a GREAT layout for a family. Lots of great common areas but also good separation. The back deck wraps around the property and has a convenient outdoor shower. We spend lots of time on that deck. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and also a large outdoor eating table in addition to the indoor table. This place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend if traveling with a family. It is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two smaller common areas were great for the kids and allowed adults to use the larger living room. The only issue we had was that that gold cart was in pretty bad shape. We had several issues with it but the management company was very responsive and fixed it ASAP so I can't remove a star for it. I do recommend considering a new golf cart soon though. Thanks for a great stay and great support by the property management company. We will be back!!!

Wonderful week in Watercolor

Our family had a wonderful week. Beautiful property- we used the golf cart and bikes that come with the property. Kids loved camp watercolor and our favorite beach (Grayton) is just 1 mile from the house with ample parking and not hoards of people. Kids dubbed it best beach vacation yet!

Too far from the beach

Very nice property. Very nice neighborhood. Very far from the beach. The beach was awesome when you got there. Just be aware that this is a bike and golf cart community with no beach access of its own. It is in a very large community. The club where the main pool is located is 2 or 3 miles away from the house. There is construction right now so you have no access to the club. The beach chairs that are included with the property are 2 or 3 miles down the beach and as mentioned the club area is closed. There is a nice golf cart included with the house but there is no parking available anywhere You have to ride a bile to navigate this complex successfully. This would be a perfect setup for a family with no young children but if you have kids or a lot of stuff to take to the beach then stay somewhere else. Let me tell you how to get to the beach in case you do stay here because no one else will. You will need to load everything up on the golf cart and drive it about a mile to the public beach access. You will need to drop everything off on the side of the road and drive the golf cart back home because there is no place to park. Then you will need to ride a bike back to the beach to rejoin your family. The bike can be locked up to a fence or tree. Bikes are everywhere. You will then need to haul everything down 4 flights of 14 steps each down to the beach. To go home reverse the process. The brochures tell you that parking is available. This is true if you are one of the first 10 people that get to the brach. 😁. You will not receive any information on the community. Its a massive place. You are in the 5th phase of the development. All the good stuff is in the other 4 phases. This is fine except that there is no parking. You will ride a bike if you want to do anything Its way too far to walk. There are 2 very small parking lots closer to the beach club. Remember the club is closed for construction. When you get to the parking lot if by some miracle you find a space you have even further to haul your stuff by hand down a long boardwalk. So my advice is use the first method I described and deposit your stuff on the side of the road. Don't count on the provided beach set up as we never found anyone who coild tellis where it was. Having said this, we had a great week. The beach is beautiful! The neighborhood is nice. The house is nice. The only complaint is that it is almost impossible to get to the beach. Rick
