Just a short stroll from the sandy shores and a unique coastal dune lake, guests can enjoy the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking in a picturesque setting. The community also offers two swimming pools, one of which is seasonally heated.

Accommodations and Amenities
The first floor houses three bedrooms and a cozy den, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The den is furnished with two white cloth love seats adorned with colorful pillows, facing a flatscreen TV. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a regal dark hardwood frame and private ensuite bath, a stylish room with a black metal-framed queen-size bed and walk-in shower, and a bright bunk room that sleeps six, with direct access to a shared bath.

The second floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to a veranda nestled among Magnolia treetops—perfect for enjoying drinks in a tranquil atmosphere. The living area sports a laid-back coastal style with white slip-covered couches, a love seat, and a natural wicker armchair around a dark leather ottoman. The sunny alcove at the foot of the staircase provides additional seating with tropical straw-woven chairs and a plush bench, complemented by decorative art that includes seascape paintings and nautical accents.

The dining area boasts an oval hardwood table flanked by benches and antique ladder-back chairs, with additional seating along a row of windows dressed with royal blue cushions. The kitchen is equipped with an entertainment bar, vintage modern stools, stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, and creamy white beadboard cabinetry.

The top floor is dedicated to the spacious primary bedroom, featuring elegant furnishings including a king-size bed and a sleek white armchair. This suite also benefits from a private veranda and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, providing a secluded haven for relaxation.
