I do love the location, and the overall concept of the unit. Upon arrival, the floors were very dirty. I reached out and managemment had someone over within 30 minutes to mop the floors. They were in and out in under 10 minutes, which was a little concerning. Five minutes down the road on the golfcart, it broke down. Management had someone over the very next morning to have someone look at it. It never got fixed, but my husband figured it out enough forbus to atleast have a gofcart for our stay. The ac in the master bedroom does not cool well at all. It made it pretty uncomfortable. Managemment was called and they had a maintenance man over asap. He helped cool it down, but it never cooled down like the rest of the house. We found some dirty dishes put away as well. The dryer would not heat to dry our clothes. We called once and they sent someone who said it was fixed, it was not. Called again, and he told us it would only work on a certain setting; we tried that and it still would not dry our clothes. We finally just gave up. One good thing I have to say, the management was amazing and helpful, and quick to respond with solutions. This is the second Kalo Dwellings home we've stayed at with similar issues as far as cleanliness, so I'm not sure we'd do again. The house itself and all of the amenities were good.
