The space

Welcome to 'Casa Bonita!'

This stunning home is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, featuring 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

As you enter, you'll notice custom cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, featuring a King bed and private en-suite bathroom. Also on the first floor, the open-concept living and dining room flow right out onto a large covered patio.

Step outside to enjoy the amazing outdoor space, featuring a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and cold plunge surrounded by pavers and lush landscaping—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen, a fire pit, a set of cornhole, multiple decks/porches, and an exterior closet that is available for all your beach gear!

For added convenience, there are laundry rooms on both the first and second floors. The second floor also has a cozy living area with balcony access, plus 3 additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and a shared balcony, and a bedroom with 2 sets of Twin-over-Queen bunk beds.

Travelling all the way up to the third floor, you'll find a third living area with 2 sofa beds, a wet bar, a full bathroom, and a half-covered balcony with a dining table.

Located just behind Cafe 30A, you'll have easy access to the county beach!

Enjoy all that Seagrove Beach has to offer, with quick access to Old Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor, providing a range of entertainment, shopping, and dining options along 30A. Experience the charm of coastal living in this beautifully designed home!

We also manage 2 homes right next to this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are It's a Shore Thing (37 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms) and The Pickled Flamingo (42 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms)- see circled photo. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access

There is a 6-seater LSV/golf cart and 4 beach cruiser bikes provided for guests' use.

There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Prominence to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
