Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, beach chair and umbrella set-ups, backpack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Casa Felice is only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access, and just steps from the community pool!

Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The large family room has 2 couches and an oversized comfy chair so that everyone has a spot for movie night!! The dining area features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 10 people and an additional 3 stools at the kitchen island. This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. On the first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's many spacious outdoor entertaining areas. The home's back patio is screened in, and furnished with a large sectional, and dining table so you can spend your evening outside enjoying the gorgeous weather of the panhandle. Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience.

The second level of the home features 2 king suites and a small additional living area. It is on this level that your guests can enjoy their king suite and private balcony, while you enjoy the Master suite complete with a large king-sized bed, gorgeous bathroom, and your own oversized private balcony. The Master balcony boasts comfortable seating for two, as well as a hammock for those lazy days of summer. Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the home's second master suite, a bunk room that sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed, and a small kids reading/iPad nook. Off the second master suite, there is another large balcony with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy as well as a small game table. It is on this balcony where you will also find the steps to access the roof of the home's top deck!! Boasting two loungers, and a swing seat, your morning coffee or evening nightcap has never been so sweet!

All four of the home's bedrooms boast a private balcony, and a private full bathroom making this home the entertainer's dream! Everyone can have their own personal space, making it the ideal house for multiple families vacationing together! The backyard is fenced, in case you are bringing your furry friend.
