The living room is beautifully designed with coastal decor. Enjoy a movie from the sofa or admire the views of the Gulf from this space. Prefer to sit outside? The balcony is easily accessed from the main living space, where guests are welcomed to a spacious balcony.
The bedroom boasts windows allow for natural light to fill the entire room. Wake up in the queen-sized bed to dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a sleeper sofa that is perfect for children or a guest and offers queen bed and Gulf views.
Additionally, this condominium building offers a common laundry room with both a washer and dryer. Amenities include three pools, a hot tub, tennis courts and a nature trail. Playa Bonita is the perfect residence for an Emerald Coast vacation. With exquisite amenities and close proximity to shopping, entertainment and dining, guests can enjoy everything 30A has to offer.

NOTE: The unit sits in the heart of Gulf Place, right above Shelby's restaurant, across the street from the Public Beach entrance and on the corner surrounded by a ton of activity. So you will experience street/crowd noise till 10pm.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Coats Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Please refer to the attached photos for guidelines on using each beach.

Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 heated community pools, 2 with hot tubs, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, 19 miles of a dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, and much more.

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.

** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
