The first floor also features a king suite and full bath.

For additional guests or family members (recommended for ages 10 and over), there is a loft that features two twin beds tucked beneath vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy space for peaceful slumber accessible by a ship's ladder. Step outside onto one of the two screened-in porches to soak in the salty breeze and bask in the idyllic surroundings.
