Great 30A rental

Loved the location of this awesome house. Best Kitchen we have ever had in any rental! Nice to be close to community pool to watch the kiddos. House was nice and clean and the manager was great to work with!! Loved the bikes and beach stuff to use while we stayed. Loved being so close to Rosemary Beach.

PERFECT!!!!!!!!

The location on 30a is fantastic. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach! The space is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We booked with 2 other families and had plenty of room for everyone! We stayed for a week and would highly recommend it . We look forward to our next visit.

Nice if your just busy with activities during the day

Prosperity was wonderful if you just spend the night on site and didn’t plan to eat in house. Didn’t have really any cups or anything in the kitchen. No salt or plates. We lost WiFi and had no way to contact host and the office was closed. Had a issue with maintence showing up unannounced and when the office was called to confirm yes they were who they said they were was met with attitude about questioning who two men in an unmarked truck was who just walked into the back yard were. The rooms and space were wonderful. The AC was on point. But not a place I’d say to just staycation in the space.

Not worth the price

We booked this for a short weekend get away. As we pulled in we were excited because it looked great. Looks are definitely deceiving. We walked in and were overwhelmed by a wet dog smell. As we toured the home we found skid marks in the toilet, a full outdoor trash can, hundreds of dead flies in the refrigerator, and dirty pans and pots in the cabinets. There was also trash in the trash can in the kitchen, and the thermostat constantly was changing because it was on a schedule. Overall it was disappointing to pay for all the extra host fees for a very dirty place. When we contacted the host/management company they responded and sent a cleaning crew right before our children's bedtime. Once we told them we were disappointed they stopped responding. Location is great, the pool was a bright spot, but at the end of the day it was disgusting. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
