Second floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds, an additional living space including 2 sets of twin bunk beds (no door or closet in this room), 2 full bathrooms - 1 is a en suite with bedroom 2 and the other is a jack and jill attaching bedrooms 3 and 4.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private patio, grill, and driveway parking. The shared Greenway Park community pool is a short walk away access details will be provided before your stay.

Located in Greenway Park just off 30A, our home sits in a laid-back Seagrove neighborhood known for its charming cottages and quiet streets. Bike to Seaside or explore the nearby sugar-sand beaches and dune lakes. This central location offers easy access to local eateries, boutique shopping, and the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, but many top spots are easily accessible by bike or foot. The 30A scenic bike path is just 0.1 miles away, and local rental companies offer bikes and golf carts for added convenience. There is no public shuttle in Seagrove.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to go to the beaches, you are responsible for checking beach conditions and public access rules.
