You'll also have access to all of WaterColor's community pools, the Beach Club, tennis courts, pickleball, and miles of scenic biking/walking trails.
Getting Around Is a Breeze. Hop on the complimentary WaterColor tram, with a stop just steps from your door, for quick and easy rides to the Beach Club, Town Center, Tennis facility and every pool in the community.

Whether your split life crisis means you're torn between adventure and relaxation—here, you get both. Beach days, poolside fun, shopping, dining, and scenic sunsets are all just a bike ride or tram stop away.

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not issue more than 10 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Parking
Split Life Crisis has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Rented LSV's (golf carts) must be parked in one of the designated, on-property parking spaces.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
