Welcome to “Beachy Keen" - our fully-renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Seagrove Beach.

LOCATION:

Just 200 yards from the sugar sand beaches of the 30A and the closest public beach access, this cozy bungalow is nestled in the Sugar Beach community of Seagrove Beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

This single-level beach retreat was lovingly and extensively renovated in early 2025 and warmly welcomes up to 10 guests.

As you step inside from the covered front porch, you're greeted by an open-plan living/dining area with plentiful and varied seating along with a large smart TV for any gaming or movie nights.

The all-new coffee and dry bar area provides access to both drip and Keurig coffee options as well as an under-counter fridge for stocking any of your favourite beverages.

The dining room provides seating for six guests with additional seating along the home's breakfast bar area.

The kitchen offers everything you will need for your stay, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, and oven. Along with ubiquitous cupboard space, the kitchen comes complete with all the cookware and cutlery you will need.

Just off from the living room, you'll find the primary guest suite which offers a king-sized bed, open cupboard space, and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The secondary guest suite comes with a king-sized bed and convenient access to a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom three comfortably fits two full bunks and two queen-sized bunks that can sleep up to six children. Adjacent to the bedroom is another full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Both guest suites come with their own TV and drawer/closet space.

At the rear of the home, you'll find the laundry area with access to a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a utility sink. Stepping outside provides an entrance to the large screened-in back porch with various seating options. The outside shower serves as a spot to wash off after a long day at the beach and the storage shed houses an array of beach gear available for guest use. The home's driveway comfortably fits two vehicles.

AMENITIES:

The home provides full access to The Village of Sugar Beach's private swimming pool and is only 200 yards to the brand-new Seagrove Beach Regional Access which offers 23 parking spaces with dedicated spots for standard vehicles, ADA accessibility, and bicycles. The access also has a restroom facility and an ADA accessible dune walkover—complete with rinse showers.

The home provides a six-seater electric golf cart, six adult bikes, some beach gear (chairs, toys), a gas grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

This property fit our needs well. The best part was sufficient bedroom and bathroom capacity for multiple people (women). It was well-maintained, and reasonably well equipped. Location was beach-walkable, the golf cart came in very handy, and they had quite a few beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. We did buy an extra large umbrella to accommodate a larger group. The renovations at the property were well appreciated - kitchen and baths and TVs all worked well and on the upper side of quality. Lastly, the separate bar area and bar fridge was very handy. So all in all, we were happy for what we saw available elsewhere at the time of booking. I was also happy with the responsiveness of the management company. They got us answers very quickly, were friendly, and were available when we needed them. Some minor comments for the owners/managers: - Share even more thorough instructions and info prior to visit (what's there, usable, what isn't)... e.g., there was a nice Keurig Coffee Pot and some other kitchen stuff we didn't know about.- Incorporate some dimmers in the house (this is an inexpensive upgrade that I think all homes should have... it drastically improves the lighting experience and flexibility for guests)- Ceiling fan controls were unintelligible...seemed fancy, but I didn't take the time to figure them out. - Pool was quiet and clean but was a little chilly- wish it was heated. Was cooler weather.In conclusion, we would come back here. Enjoyed our time. Thanks!

Comfy and convenient

Pros: Enjoyed the house- comfy bed and living room, great master shower; cooked in most nights without problems. Great location for walking to beach etc.; management was responsive to inquiries. Nice Beachy decor. Cons: house needs some improvements; I mentioned some when I called but we didn’t want to be bothered with repairs while we were there. 1. Dish washer soap dispenser door doesn’t latch 2. No TV instructions, and no Toshiba remote for main TV; had to turn TV on/ off and adjust volume by reaching in back of TV. 3. Most blinds in living room won’t open as the part is missing ( unless you want to roll all the way up); I saw that it was mentioned in September but still not repaired. 4. Main disappointment: new house construction next door- very noisy, preventing enjoying being outside. Had one sleepless night with wind that affected the wrapping on the house construction- terrible noise. We would not have stayed there had we known of the construction. We realize homes are going up many places but we prefer not being in that situation.

It’s a pretty modest unupdated house. No garage and no comfortable outdoor area. Decent front porch but terrible furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, but listing fails to mention the quickest route is not accessible by car or cart. It’s on a dead end that is gated to the road on map. Not terrible for the price but the golf cart is definitely bait. Bike tires all low with no way to inflate. Dryer vent clogged. Old beds. Get what you pay for.

Perfect Beach House

The stay was a 10/10. The location to the beach and shops/restaurants, the accessibility (especially with the included golf cart) and the space within the home were superb! The home was incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious fridge, FULL size washer and dryer (which was a huge bonus with having children!) and the street was quiet and quaint. My only complaint is a few of the blinds were broken and missing the part to turn up and down- but aside from that, our stay was perfect!

Great house for a family of 5. We traveled with a 7,12,16 yr old. Perfect location. Having the gas station on the corner was very convenient for ice etc that was needed for the beach. Great street to let the kids ride bikes through.

Nice location

First time to stay in Sea Grove. We usually book in Seaside but we liked the idea of getting more house for the money (extended family coming with us) and the golf cart and bikes came in handy. Location has several restaurants within walking distance and a convenient store. Beach was also very close. We used the golf cart to drive into Seaside most days and reserved chairs on the beach. The house contained everything we needed and more.

Another fantastic week!

This was our second time staying at this home. The location is excellent, we love having the golf cart and our 4 kids loved the bikes. We had an issue the first night with the water heater and a leaking outdoor faucet. I texted the company and they immediately called us, arranged to have everything fixed then called the next day just to check in on everyone. We like to stay different places, but honestly, Beachy Keen just ticks all the boxes that we see no reason to look elsewhere! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Great fall break

Plenty of room for everyone. Great location between the Hub and Seaside for the boys riding the bikes. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Made breakfast, lunch and dinner most days and found everything we needed in the kitchen.
