We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

Please be respectful of your neighbors by observing quiet times before 8 AM and after 10 PM. Any excessive noise after 10 PM is a violation of the Walton County noise ordinance (Ord.2014-16 sec.5) and may result in a citation, fine or loss of security deposit.

*No pets. Renters who bring pets may incur a fine to unit owner and loss of security deposit for renters.
*Each unit is allotted no more than two vehicles, including golf carts. ONLY gas powered golf carts are permitted. Electric golf carts are strictly prohibited.
*No smoking in elevators, lobbies, pool areas, or on balconies.
*Bikes are only to be parked in bike racks.
*Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Radios/ Speakers are not prohibited in the pool area.
