Verbesserungswürdig

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht ausgewählt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Größe der Zimmer, die allesamt Suiten sind. Das Hotel ist jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Die Möbel waren abgestoßen, das Bad hatte Risse und die Badewanne war abgewetzt. Der Blick in auf heruntergekommene Häuserfassaden hatte etwas vom Fenster zum Hof. Leider machte auch das Personal beim Check-in und Check-out keinen glücklichen, sondern eher einen genervten Eindruck. Unterm Strich ist weder die Lage besonders zentral noch das Hotel selbst einen weiteren Besuch wert. Wir waren danach im Hotel Gallerias direkt im Zentrum, was definitiv die bessere Wahl war.

Hotel location is great, even if it’s some 15-minute walk from downtown and Bellavista area. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the noise of city’s hustle and bustle. Do not expect luxury or refined details – this is above all a practical hotel for space, location and price. Breakfast is standard but good. Staff friendliness is ok. For the price we paid (discounted at about 70 USD per night), this is a great deal to get suite with a bedroom, a living room area, and a bathroom – all very spacious and clean.I think it should be a 3-star hotel instead of 4 stars, but I would still recommend it.

Pratique : le metro est proche Une simple conexión bus - metro si vous arrivez de l aeroport chambres tres confortables personnel courtois et agreable
