IMPORTANT: Download the app for your booking platform on your mobile phone and activate notifications! As soon as you make your reservation, pay attention to the messages sent directly through the app's chat. All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to ensure that no communication is missed. Remember that chef-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can negotiate a late checkout in advance.

The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. In addition, they can enjoy all the building's leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool and gym.

The use of the Clube XV beach tent is also available, set up on weekends. The tent offers chairs and bar service. It is important to note that it is not permitted to bring drinks from other locations or use coolers in the area.

Pet Policy

We recognize that pets are part of the family and are pleased to inform you that we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in an appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$150.00 for the pet, which must be included in the total number of guests at the time of booking.

By bringing their pet, the guest agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the property, especially regarding the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, if necessary. In these cases, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged to cover the costs.

For everyone's well-being, dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment if they have a habit of barking when their owners are not present. We hope you and your four-legged companion have a comfortable and pleasant stay in our space.
