The apartment is located in Edificio Diseño, located in the bohemian Vila Madalena neighborhood, where it is usually called simply "Vila", it is within a vibrant street art scene, such as the alley of Batman, a place that has become outdoor gallery for stencils and colorful murals.

The same concept was adopted for this space in question, with vibrant and prominent colors, continuing the personality of its neighborhood.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guest documents to be sent prior to arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment. The apartment is spacious and bright, with large windows and frames, which allow natural light to enter the entire space, making it ventilated and bright during the day and night. It is an environment that combines comfort and modernity, with vibrant and cheerful colors, contrasting between warm and nude tones. Its location is privileged, being in a neighborhood full of independent fashion stores, casual cafes, contemporary art galleries, bistros, relaxed bars, and live music spaces that host soul, funk and samba performances, in other words, a Eclectic neighborhood full of diversity, catering to all styles and preferences.
