This charming 100 m² one-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for surfers and couples seeking comfort and privacy.

Accessed via a flight of stairs, the house offers a peaceful setting with stylish interiors and thoughtful amenities.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table, perfect for relaxed evenings after a day of exploring or surfing. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and open onto a furnished patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the island breeze.

For added indulgence, the property boasts a jacuzzi, making it an ideal spot to relax your muscles after a long surf session.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an electric hob and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at home.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located just steps from the ocean, this house offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and local convenience. Situated in the picturesque town of São Vicente, you'll be surrounded by natural beauty, charming eateries, and essential amenities.

Within a short stroll, you’ll find local favourites like Restaurante Calamar, known for its fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes, as well as cosy cafés such as Padaria do Calhau. For quick bites or casual dining, spots like Burger Grill 351 and O Virgilio are also nearby.

Enjoy refreshing ocean air with a walk along the coast, or take a dip in the nearby Piscinas Calamar, the area’s popular public sea pools. Daily essentials are close at hand, with Monoprix supermarket and Supercare pharmacy within easy reach.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 49-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
