This fabulous 3 bedroom + bonus bunk room, 3 bathroom log home, that can sleep up to 12 people. Located in the heart of the Sapphire Valley Resort, within walking distance of most amenities and many restaurants.
Property Highlights:The living room features exposed beams and a stone, gas fireplace. The bright kitchen has a small breakfast table for 4, and in the dining room, a table seats 8 and can be expanded to fit 12. From the kitchen, access the back deck which includes an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms have king beds under cathedral ceilings and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Between the two guest rooms, a bonus room has two sets of bunk beds with twins on top and full beds on the bottom. This home is an especially great location if you plan to add the Sapphire Valley amenities, and is within walking distance of The Country Club of Sapphire Valley, The Library Kitchen and Bar, Slopeside Tavern, and Mica's restaurant.

Sapphire Valley Resort Amenity Information:
Sapphire Valley Resort's Recreation Center has something for everyone - indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, a game room, putt-putt, and more. The Rec Center is open daily – hours may vary – please call 828-743-1171. An Amenity Card is required for access.
The indoor pool is open 8:00 am to 8:45 pm with adult swim time 8 am-10 am in the 3-4 foot pools. Adult swim time for the 5-foot pool is 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
All pools are handicap accessible.
The exercise equipment room opens at 7 am.
There are two hot tubs and two saunas (one is dry and one is wet).
They have a game room, mini golf as well as a "Corn Hole" bean bag game toss game.
Take your choice of different field games such as horseshoes, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and bocce ball...or use the quarter mile walking/running track and playground.
Relax and pamper yourself with a massage or facial by one of their licensed therapists. They also have a tanning bed available!
Looking for gems?? Experience gem mining at the Rec Center, with a real fume!
Afraid of being out of touch while on vacation? The Rec Center has free Wi-Fi access, for those with laptops or two computers for public use.
Movie rentals are available offering new releases and many of your old favorites.
They also have board games, puzzles, and much more, just inquire. We aim to make your stay a pleasant one.
They have many different classes and activities at the Recreation Center as well. Including Water Aerobics and workouts, massage workshops, and others. Time & Day vary, so please call the Rec Center for this week's fun!
All short-term rental or lease amenity cards will be white cards (no picture) and will be $5.00/day per person for a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 6 months. You will apply for those cards at the Community Center. Please present your ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanying adult cards.

Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.
PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 0% refundable if canceled, unless the property can be re-booked under the same terms for the same period with no loss to the owner.
Security Deposit: A Credit Card Pre-Authorization of 10% is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Payment Schedule: 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
North Carolina Requires a written Rental Agreement to be signed, you will receive this via email after you book and have 7 days to return it. You can print it, fill it out, and email it back to us, you can mail it, or we can send you an electronic version via DocuSign for you to complete. You will also receive a Guest List to fill out with the names and ages of everyone in your party to obtain Sapphire Valley Amenity Passes for your stay. These Documents are required to fully confirm your booking, any reservation missing these documents is subject to cancellation.
