Sapphire Heaven is a cozy, high end, cabin of rustic elegance and luxury, which offers your soul over 200 acres of privately gated nature, peace, solitude, but yet the convenience of being so close to everything (10 minutes from Cashiers, 30 minutes from the Highlands and 55 minutes southeast of Asheville, NC).

Newly constructed additions!! We now have a beautiful screened-in porch with 270 degree mountain views, a new stone fireplace and a gas grill. It is our family's new favorite place to be at the cabin! We have also added a second bathroom to the upstairs bedroom. It has a double vanity overlooking the gorgeous mountains, a lovely clawfoot tub right next to large windows with a view straight out into nature, and heated floors. The upstairs bedroom now has a comfy queen bed, desk, laundry and a new closet.

Fine dining, boutique/convenience shopping, golf, tennis, stream/lake fishing, hiking, rafting, fitness facilities, and incredible waterfalls are all within eight miles of the cabin. Sapphire Heaven ranks high on the luxury scale and boasts a spectacular, panoramic, long distance, mountain sunrise view. Enjoy the veranda copper soaking tub with a cast iron fireplace nearby, the indoor or private outdoor shower, a premium sound system, the high end kitchen appliances, a wide screen LCD television, the audiophile DVD/CD player, the outdoor gas grill/rotisserie, the granite boulder, view's edge fire pit patio, wireless high speed internet, Tesla supercharger , washer/dryer, and much more. Feel safe with the Nu-Calgon iWave whole home air purifier and cleaner which produces ions to reduce pathogens, viruses, allergens, particles, smoke and odors in the air. Further, we installed a Culligan whole house water filtration system with UV light, softener and retention tank to provide our guests with clean, high quality water straight from the tap.

This cabin has incredible views and is away from everything ! The cabin is unique. It was Built from an old structure on the battlefields of gettysburg. Has 2 fireplaces and an outdoor area to make a bigger fire. Fully stocked with generous amounts of firewood. Nice tub outside with another fireplace! The best part of this is the view and that you are truly away from everyone ! There is also a waterfall on the property that only you have access to! This was our 3rd year in a row and we are renting it again next year.

Wow! I was told the pictures do not do this place justice and they were right. The cabin is absolutely a work of art and the view is indescribably beautiful. The sunrise was amazing. Everything was clean and very well stocked with all that you need. My favorite time was spent in the outdoor tub! We cooked steaks on the deluxe gas grill and built beautiful fires at night. Also Love the Mexican restaurant in Cashiers, but we mostly stayed and enjoyed our time in the cabin. We can’t wait to go back!

Honestly, the photos and description just dont do it justice. What an amazing place. The view...the area...the cabin itself are just beyond description! We chose this place to celebrate our anniversary and my wife's birthday. What a home run. We planned to do alot of sightseeing and exploring, but mostly just stayed at the cabin and relaxed. The assembly work that went into the cabin was just stunning. All the furniture and furnishings were so obviously chosen very carefully, and the entire package was SO cool! We loved it!! Got to see a mother bear and cub on the side of the mountain. This was our 1st visit to Western NC (we live on the Outer Banks), and we DEFINATELY chose the right place. PERFECT!!

Unique property with wonderful mountain view. We spent most of our time on the covered deck. The screened porch section was awesome during the rainstorm. It met our top priorities: cleanliness, location with great views and privacy, HVAC cooling well and comfortable beds. Also it has all the other amenities we prefer.

Wonderful Stay!

Sapphire Heaven blew away any expectations! No detail was spared in this luxurious and rustic mountaintop cabin. Sapphire Heaven is a very relaxing mountain cabin with well apportioned high-end kitchen and bath amenities. The unique specialites were much appreciated. These included the outdoor fireplaces with firewood, screened porch, and outdoor spa area. We were on a mission to provide our grandson some time to rest and re-charge between a very busy senior year and an even busier summer and fall. Sapphire Heaven was a big hit with him. He loved everything about the rustic vibe and decor of the home and the quiet setting. Then there is the VIEW. Must use panoramic setting on your camera to get the entire rolling mountain view. The sunrises and full moon were spectacular.This luxury mountain cabin has a heart-warming story and the owners are extremely responsive and gracious. We are grateful to them for sharing their home with us!

Marvelous in every way. Tasteful and thoughtful appointments throughout this incredible log cottage. This cabin is the real deal, hand hewn timbers, authentic wood flooring, etc. View from the back deck is spectacular, fire pit below the house is fantastic and the property is breathtaking.
