One of the things we love most about our home is its prime location. Nestled in a central spot, you'll find yourself just a mile away from an array of Sarasota's best offerings. Whether you're in the mood for a gourmet meal, a cozy café experience, or need to pick up some groceries, you won't have to venture far. The " legacy trail " which is great for biking, running or walking is 2 blocks away.

HOMELAYOUT:
Master Bedroom (King Bed) + Bath is in the right wing of the home. The Kitchen, Dining Room & Living Room is in the middle and the other 2 Bedrooms (Queen Beds) + Bathroom are on the left wing of the home. There's a sunroom where we have a sofa, kids toys & Laundry/Bath Room that lead out to the pool area.

*This property has a pool that is 5’-6' deep. By renting this property you agree to not hold the homeowner or anyone who manages this property liable for any accidents that may occur involving the use of the pool. Swim at your own risk. NO GLASS BY POOL.

*If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

**We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. These rain storms can also change the temperature of the pool at times. Our pool is set between 78- 85*F. Thank you for your patience.

*This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

HOME ACCESS: You have access to the entire home except for the cabinets in the garage & a cabinet in the hallway closet. The owner keeps some of his personal things in these spaces. These spaces are off limits to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Please do not park your vehicle in the garage.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
