Siesta Key Sarasota Sea Turtle home! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property only a few minutes from World renowned Siesta Key beach with its powdery, white sand. With several great restaurants within walking distance, the hardest part of your stay will be choosing what to do first. This bright and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home is the best place to start or end your day during your stay in Sarasota!

We are local so we can be available if you need us but all communication is done through the app.

Private home in the Southgate Sarasota area. Less than 15-20 mins from Siesta Key with several eclectic restaurants within walking distance including the Sarasota famous “The Parrot Patio Bar & Grill.”
Publix, Walmart and other shopping needs less than 1-2 miles away. Legacy trail (walking/biking) entrance less than 1 mile away up Webber Street

The Arlington park is a 2.2 miles from the house. At the park, there is a half mile trail, picnic tables, a dog park, a pool, a recreational center, and more! You really feel a part of this little community. Save time and get into the pool faster by creating your account in advance. All residents and visitors must have an account with the City of Sarasota Parks & Recreation Department to gain free access to the pool.

Located just minutes from Siesta Key and St. Armands Circle, our property is central to many of the activities and adventures of the Sarasota area, yet away from the hustle and bustle of busy island life. Whether you’re escaping to the area to soak up Vitamin D, searching for nightlife and a great meal, or looking to take in some watersports along the bay, there is something fun for everyone.

If you choose to stay home, you can stay connected with fast WiFi and enjoy movie nights on the roomy, cozy couch in front of the smart TV. The outdoor area is equipped with a gas grill, perfect for grilling up a delicious meal. Enjoy a game of foosball in the sunny Florida sunroom/game room. There is plenty of space for your furbaby to run around as well as a fully fenced yard to provide privacy from the outside world.

During your stay, you will find beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler to make your trip to a nearby beach a breeze. Linens including beach towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. A set of toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee will get you started until you have a chance to head out to the many nearby supermarkets to prepare for your stay.

A car is recommended but many local attractions are just a short Uber ride away.
We do recommend getting to the beaches early during peak season (January-June) because the parking fills up fast. They are the best around so it's certainly not surprising.

This house is located in the fantastic area of Southgate.
There is space for 2 cars in the driveway.

There is a camera located outside the front door that will record audio and video and are for the safety of homeowner and our guests.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tvs that you can access your subscriptions.
